Their employee was very professional, yet funny and down to earth. This company wasn't just out to make money, they actually care about their customers. They came to our house to repair a furnace under warranty. Bottom line - our furnace was working again within 6 hours of placing a call to Trane. The technician showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour appointment window and was very nice, polite and professional. Excellent service. They were not the most cheap. And when it's 20 degrees outside and your furnace doesn't work, you don't really have the choice to quabble about pricing. Thank you so much for good services.
