Professional service, high quality work at competitive prices. Very knowledgeable and reliable
Punctual, but the owner threatened me to not attending my future request for services when I was trying to clarify an issue with the warranty of the compressor I had bought from them a few months ago. He has to take some deep training on customer relationships if he wants to have a good business.
Innovative Cooling isn't fancy or super polished. What it is, however, is a competent, reliable and reasonable a/c repair company I plan to call in the future when I want my air conditioning serviced or replaced. Ernesto is a decent professional with whom I was glad to partner with on my emergency repair. Javier and Ignacio were solid and no-nonsense guys who were both patient and friendly. They knew their stuff and worked thoroughly. I highly recommend this wonderful company.
I really appreciated that they answered the phone right away and had a technician at my place in under 24hrs. The technician was very helpful and explained to me what was wrong with my AC and even gave me maintenance tips. Would recommend.

I was dreading the replacement of our 18 year old AC unit. Ernesto and his team at ICT made the process virtually painless. After getting multiple estimates, Ernesto's was very competitive. He knew exactly what unit I needed. The installation was quick and efficient. The old unit was removed and replaced in under three hours. I'm very happy we chose ICT. I would definitely recommend them for HVAC replacement.

I love this team! I highly recommend this team! I discover new things I didn't know this team did all the time and that they do them very well! Call them FIRST for: HVAC Plumbing Electrical I've been working with this team since roughly 2012 when I was having problems with my York AC system. They worked with me and the manufacturer to fix the system under the manufacturers extended warranty over the course of two years when the original vendor couldn't get it right after 5 years of trouble. The only reasons it took 2 years is that I had a significant uphill struggle with the manufacturer honoring their warranty in year 1 and also because the system only failed to work during the hottest months of the year. Innovative did significant rip and replace of the original install and finally got the system working trouble free for years. In 2018 I purchased a new house and they installed my HVAC system EXACTLY the way I wanted it. They did an EXCELLENT job and I have had NO PROBLEMS for 2 years. PERFECT! They also removed the failed solar water heater and replaced it with a standard electric heater. The unit came from Home Depot and failed with 6 months. They came back and fixed (including managing the exchange) for the cost of labor which is totally fair. The faulty heater was not their fault. When I had city water installed at the house by a plumber (before I knew Innovative does some plumbing work depending...) there was some adjusting that was required by the contractor installing the city water lines. The contractor that came out highly praised the workmanship on Innovative's water heater installation job. That's not something I hear often. This year (2020) I learned that they do electrical work and worked with the team on work a previous contractor botched. The previous contractor installed a 220V outlet for an EV fast charging station. The original electrician's work failed after 90 days and they refused to come out and repair their work. The Inn
They did amazing work. Very skilled in there craft and passionate. Clean, organized, and very professional any hiccups we had they were patient and helpful thru the while process. 100% would recommend.

Freezer broke down. Tech came out to give a free estimate. Next day Ernesto the owner was here promptly at 9 am. To Install 2 blower motors. Freezer is up and running Great. Thank you Innovative Cooling! You Guys Rock🕺
