I had my heat pump replaced by them. The service man was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure I understood what was going on.

Wonderful. We had already had another company come out 3 times without our HVAC being fixed. We called Advantage and they came out just a few hours later and fixed it. It turned out to be a simple fix the other company must have "missed." Highly recommend Immediate Heating & Cooling Service.

He explains everything patiently and doesn’t try to oversell. He is extremely friendly and professional.
