Called 3 times on weekend and no call back
Over $5K and 6 months later the city is still waiting for the job to be done properly so that they can close the permit -which got rejected right after the inspector came out. The city notified Expert Air. I'm still waiting for someone to come out and fix what needs fixing (whatever wasn't done properly). The fuse box outside needed to be replaced yet, according to the guy from Expert Air, that's something he needed to do on the side, for extra money. All in all, not happy with the service and the outcome.
Justin Evans was professional courteous and a great person. Wish I new more people like this gentleman. Beyond highly recommended !!!
62 years old and have experienced thousands of service calls over a lifetime. My experience with Expert Air was the best service experience I have ever had. It started with Emily, who answered the phone and patiently listened to the long and complicated details of our air conditioning problem. She was able to give their technician, Anthony a head start on our problem, even prior to his arrival. Anthony was absolutely terrific. Patient, highly knowledgeable, highly skilled, with a terrific personality. He went well above the call of duty educating us on our system, providing great advice on operation while away for extended periods, avoiding mold challenges, as well as getting us up and running! The experience could not have been better!!!
I am very satisfied & happy with the service Expert Air is providing me, In addition to providing maintenance on my old a/c, they just installed a new HVAC system for me. Their techs are service-oriented, very knowledgeable & very thorough. Everyone at Expert Air is professional, courteous & service-oriented (which is very important), honest & reasonably priced. I'm well-pleased with them & plan to stick with them. They are EXCELLENT & I highly-recommend them to everyone.
Outstanding service. I have used Expert Air for probably 10 years for my rental properties and my own home and they are a great company to do business with. They have always been super responsive and always do a great job. Dave usually responds for repairs and also changed out numerous air handlers and outside units. With his attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism, I feel he is doing the same quality that he would for his own family. Kudos for having great techs and office staff. I highly recommend them to all my friends.
Recently, I had an AC inspection done on a condo I bought in Pompano. I used Expert Air Advice on a previous property I owned and decided to reconnect with them. I spoke to Emily who was professional and friendly. She helped me get an estimate on the AC maintenance suggested from the inspection report. The appointment was set, and I was given all the details what to expect. The morning of the appointment, David called me to let me know he was on his way to the condo. He arrived before I did and was professional, friendly and even had his mask for COVID requirements. David went through each line item on the inspection report thoroughly and explained everything in detail. We got on the roof and he gave a lot of detail on my compressor compared to the newer ones in my building. In addition, he gave me some pointers and helpful things to consider while assessing my unit going forward. He did not miss a thing, and I learned so much in the short period time he was there. Finally, he gave me his prognosis on what to expect over the next 6-12 months given this is an older unit. In the end, David cut my bill in half because he did things the right way. FYI, I called 2 other companies because I like to make comparisons. These are companies that had good reviews as well. One did not even return my call. The other gave me a hard time about giving me an estimate. Nothing more to say. You have my recommendation to go with Expert Air Advice. Thank you Emily and David:-)
Expert Air Advice is awesome! My AC needed to be replaced in the midst of a heat wave and Dave and Anthony were able to get the system installed in record time. Their installation of a new Rheem system was beautifully done and their attention to detail was excellent. They corrected original install mistakes and completely improved the system inside and outside the house. I have been using Expert Air Advice for many years but this install showed how they truly are "Expert."
Anthony was amazing- came on time, followed up with the part quickly fixed my AC system after not having it during a 90 degree day. Very knowledgeable and wore a mask! Thank you!!! Using them going forward.
Great service. Dave came to our place immediately after our call and he fixed our air conditioner! He’s a very honest man and knowledgeable!
I’m not one to write reviews. However, Expert Air have been reliable, efficient, and honest contractors. As a single woman you worry about being taken advantage of when you call a company for service. I can always rely on technicians to be honest and customer service concerning dispatch is impeccable. I would call them for any air conditioning needs.
It is such a pleasure to find a company who takes such pride pride in their work, from their scheduling to their technicians. Dave was punctual, knowledgable, honest, and went above and beyond during the service call. We will continue to not only use Expert Air Advice, but will recommend them to friends and family, as well as social media platforms.
Always friendly and professional. We have been with Expert Air Advise for over a decade. They provide stellar services with a very knowledgable team. Dave in particular is exceptional with his customer service and always gives a detailed explanation of necessary maintenance.
These guys are THE BEST !! Pleasant, friendly and most importantly HONEST ! This is the second time I've called them, both times ended up being simple fixes, someone else could've made a much bigger deal out of both of these service calls and I really would've been none the wiser. This company should be your go to for all your cooling needs in Broward !! Thanks guys for being honest and reputable.

Expert air is RELIABLE and they came to fix our unit on LABOR DAY. They could have taken the weekend off, but they were available for us. NICE PEOPLE> and dependable. excellent work. Worth signing up for their maintenance program. 26 years with them. I can't imagine living in Florida without them.
We've been using Expert Air Advice for close to 10 years now. They've always been professional, courteous and friendly. I've only interacted with two employees (Emily, in the office and Randy, while on the job) and each interaction is always pleasant. They've always taken the time to answer any questions or address any concerns I've had. The prices seem to be on par with other vendors (but I'll gladly pay a bit more knowing I'm getting quality work). We recently replaced our 15 year old central air unit with a new one. Randy came out and had our old unit removed and new unit installed, all within a couple of hours. They serviced our old AC a few times before and I'll continue to call them when needed on our new unit.
