Parts dept is great. Service, however, is not. Asked me to fill out some ridiculous form and pay up front for a possible appointment 2 weeks plus out lol. The WOMAN (right?) Had zero respect. On the other hand the dude in parts is amazing. Why do these people hire women? I will never understand.

I contacted Beard Marine to have some repair work done on our boat's two air conditioning units. John was the technician assiged to come to our boat. He was outstanding to work with, communicated extraordinarily well. He called to tell us he was headed to the boat, and as we were not there spent a lot of time listening to the description of the issues we were having with the boat. He would call to tell us when he was going to the boat and when he was leaving. While there he would call to discuss what he found and what service he recommended. Extremely friendly and courteous, we could not have asked for better service. We very much appreciate how well he treated us.
