Was good, I would love to see the list in the service maintenance agreement reconciled with the list the service technician uses. Would give me piece of mind everything was done.
Héctor is an asset to Ambassador. They are always responsive and quick. They remind me when maintenance is due. Héctor has been here twice and always on top of things. He is one of the best and working for THE best AC company, Ambassador.

I had water coming down from a unit above me and the technician quickly determined it to be caused by a bathroom leak and not an a/c drain leak. I called at 11AM and the tech arrived at 3 PM promptly. The leak was repaired and provided me with drywall people to repair the ceiling. Quick,efficient,clean and reasonable. A
Ambassador is a great company. First and for most, they are always responsive and always very professional. I wish more service oriented businesses functioned like Ambassador Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Andy runs the business and he has always been very helpful, even helping me troubleshoot issues after hours, over the phone, for free. Hector the repair technician is a master at what he does. He finds the solution quickly and fixes it. He is friendly, outgoing, smart and very professional. We have two AC units in our home, and they’ve had to do some work on both in the last several years. As a homeowner it’s such a relief to know that such a reliable company is at your service. I would highly recommend Ambassador. Yesterday we returned from vacation, and found our main AC unit was not working. Ambassador tried to get a repairman out that evening, but couldnt’t, and Andy walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone. When that didn’t work, Hector the repair man was at my home, first thing in the morning and he found our problem and finish the job within an hour. They’re just a good and reliable and honest company. Again, I would highly recommend them.
They've always been very responsive to my problems. They were able to send someone over promptly for my current air conditioning problem. A determined it was a bad fan and managed to get a warranty repair within 24 hours.
They are the best! Been doing business with Andy for years. They installed my AC unit a few years ago. Sam was here for days because the pipe broke under the slab of my house. Amazing how they resolved the problem. Total professional, on time and a delight to deal with. Totally recommend Ambassador and Sam!

We used ambassador air 15 years ago and it was time for a new unit. As my daughter was there for the installation, Sam and Hector were very professional and informative. The new system is perfect and with added heat! No mess left whatsoever . Ambassador Air should be top of your list.
Ray is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and a hard worker. He shows up on time and always gets the job done PROPERLY. He is outstanding in his profession and a true asset for Ambassador. I highly recommend Ray.
Great experience with Ambassador Air Conditioning! Recently purchased my home and the AC stopped without warning. Sam came out within a day and was on time, professional, courteous, and didn’t overcharge. Highly recommend.
This service period, June 2022 and January 2023, Ricardo Suarez performed my service. Once again, he did exceptional service and was very helpful with explaining my questions. He even replaced my UV light which keeps my unit circulating fresh smelling air and microbes free. As has been my experience from initial installation in 2014 to each maintenance period, Ambassador Air Conditioning always does an excellent, thorough job. The customer service provided is superior! Hector did an excellent job. January 2021He is always very thorough. Ambassador Air Conditioning is an exceptional HVAC and Plumbing company as well. I always use this company for HVAC.
