Excellent service all around. My A/C went out in the middle of the night (do they ever go out in the daytime?). I called A Star early the next day. The lady who answered was knowledgeable and helpful. I told her my situation. She called me back within 10 minutes to tell me the technician would be at my place between 1 and 4 and would call me first. He called and arrived about 2:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quite reasonable price to fix it. I agreed. He went toward and with half an hour I had cool air again. Totally professional. Great service. After that I bought a new system from A Star. They did such a good job and gave me such good support that I have since moved into a townhouse that had an aging, slightly undersized AC. A Star put in a new system a a good price. I'm cool and comfortable through this unusually hot South Florida summer. I recommend A Star whenever anybody asks me about AC companies. Since then I have moved and bought a new AC from A Star. Once again it was excellent service throughout the entire process. I always recommend them to friends and neighbors They always provide excellent service at a reasonable price.
After several bad experiences with lazy and unprofessional individuals from other companies, I hired A Star Air Conditioning based on ratings and feedback. My experience with them was phenomenal, they showed up on time, did an excellent work, cleaned after themselves and listened and responded to all my questions. Their quotes were very reasonable compared to what the others, who I knew were overcharging me, quoted me. I will continue using their services moving forward.
Angel, the representative of A Star A/C came out to do routine maintenance. He found that the capacitor had to be replaced. The work was completed on the spot and all is working nicely. Thank you for taking the time to find the problem and repairing/replacing it.

Quick response but not sure why they service some appliances and not others. They can handle huge commercial air conditioners but not a commercial refrigerator?

excellent service and reasonable cost
All I can say is call them if you need any HVAC work done. This company is amazing! What a professional friendly company to work with. My wall unit air conditioner was not working correctly so I had A star come look at it. Long story short the original company that installed it (a very large AC company that we’ve had multiple bad experiences with) installed it backwards so it took a toll on the AC and caused it to die sooner than it should have. They installed a brand new AC at a fair price and in a very timely manner. It’s working like a dream I’m so happy with it. One of the head technicians even came to inspect it after the job was done to make sure everything went well. I never once had any type of follow up from the other large company we had used in the past. I also had A star clean the coils on our large AC and it was also a great experience. What I’ve learned from this whole thing is please give the smaller companies a try. Just because a company is large and advertises on bill boards doesn’t mean they employ skilled technicians or truly care about what they are doing. A star ticks all the boxes and then some. I won’t ever call another AC company again now that I know how wonderful A star is. Please take my advice and don’t hesitate to call them for all your HVAC needs. Thank you A star!

A Star installed a new unit for me at the end of 2019 and recently serviced it (March '21) They did a great job on both. Very happy and would recommend.
Great company. Cordial, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and prompt. I have had two repairs by them. When I need a new unit, I'm going to call A Star too, as I've learned if you don't get a good installation, you will always have problems.
