By far the best A/C company of the Space and Treasure Coast. Best service, cost and honor the warranties of the brands they sell and also check your warranty for coverage regardless of if they installed.

I had a new ac unit installed in 2021 everyone was professional and respectful of my property and even did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were done. Had my free inspection last year. I also had an issue about a week ago and it was taken care of in minutes. Every employee I have spoken with has been very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this company!
Charlie came out within hours of my call. Diagnosed the problem, provided the solution and handled the warranty for me. Ordered the part, that is due to arrive the day after tomorrow and will be back to install it. At a time when customer service has become RARE, this company is a breath of fresh air!
Charle's & Allen, I'd like to TX you & compliment you for the excellent service you provided for me. Not only did I have no AC on Labor Day until 9/14/22, but you showed the EXPERTISE, PROFESSIONALISM & ABILITY for a job well done!!. My unit was installed 3/07/18, only 4 yrs and was serviced every year from the date of installation. I would not recommend P.I..I new I have a 10 year warranty but was enabled to reached them. Well thanks God for CUSTOM AIR. They showed me how compassionate & concerned that I suffered so long without AC. Unfortunately, for me I needed a part which would not be available until the next day. Another day without AC...(they installed an AC in my window WHO DOES THAT!!!) I'm FOREVER GRATEFUL. This CO. needs to be HONORED!!! Thank you again. I recommend them HIGHLY. 10 🌟 STARS!!! MOM YOU DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON YOUR SONS!!!

Extremely satisfied with this service company. We lost our air conditioning in the middle of the night. Called a few services in the morning with no responses. At the recommendation of a friend at 11am we called Custom Air Systems. Spoke with woman in office and she indicated she'd have someone out. It's now 1pm and the tech has just left. He accessed the situation, and advised what the issue was. He was very communicative as he was going through everything and explained what he was doing. He then went to his truck and retrieved the necessary part(s) and completed repairs. He checked our AC System. Everything is working great. It was a reasonable fee for services. Highly recommend.
Would never recommend them to anyone After 9 years of loyalty to the company they told me to not call them for service and didn’t want my business because they were unable to correct/fix the problem of my AC unit which I purchased from them could not maintain set thermostat temperature Horrible customer service Very unprofessional
Quality technicians and professional installation of a new unit.
Custom Air Systems is incredible. I had an issue with my system which required the air handler coil to be replaced. The issue was compounded in that the is the third coil in three years (they did not install or replace the previous ones. Everyone there was great to work with, from the person that answers the phone to the service estimator/manager and all of the service techs. they are polite, courteous, professional and do great work for a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about them and will always use/recommend them in the future. They ROCK!

We've been customers for about 25 years, they're always prompt and usually arrive within a few hours of our service call. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, prices are reasonable. Always a great job.

Charlie our ac man was awesome. Friday evening at 4:30 he came out, checked everything..in no rush, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely efficient !! Great service, very reasonable price, exceptional service technician !! Very happy with this company. Thank you !!
