Had them install a new York ac system in 2021 and the air handler leaked from install. Had them out 2 or 3 times for the leak and each time they said everything was fine. My duct and drywall were getting wet so I was concerned. I decided to call a different ac company and 4 hours later problem solved! They diagnosed the cracked drain pan and ordered the part. Thank you different company!

Owner These people are dishonest! I purchased a York A/C system a year ago. I had it serviced by Kobie as required by the 10/10 warranty. Five weeks after service the drain line is clogged shutting down system. Kobie comes out to fix and charge is $162. The owners will not respond to emails or USPS. I should have checked their BBB rating….D- Owner’s response is pure BS. He claims the drain line is not part of the installation. He neglected to mention that is part of what he serviced. Then he doesn’t guarantee his work! After the second service for which I was charged, the drain line clogged again, three weeks later. His techs never vacuumed the drain line!
So I called based on the web site offering same day service, my a/c is out and I have a 2 year old baby in the home. After calling the office they assured me someone would reach out to me and the service tech did reach out about 30 minutes later and said he could be out tomorrow. Don't advertise something you don't deliver.
The guys arrived right on time,took out the old units, installed both new units and thermostat in 5 1/2 hours. I was very happy with the whole process. Also, great warranty and financing option.
They put in a very expensive system and sold me a very expensive ultraviolet light but never bothered to put a filter in the air handler. Very disappointing.
Called to explain about my thermostat not working. Spoke to Allen and over the phone he knew what to tell me and how to fix my issue (it was a clogged drain line) . Other companies would have charged me just for coming out, but they took the time early morning to help me fix the issue on my own. Will definitely use this company for all of my future needs!

Here is a company that is all about customer service and a great value for your dollar. Needed to replace our 10 year old 5 ton Trane unit. Called the previous contractor and he high balled me on the price. Called Todd at Kobie and he came right out. Gave me a price we could both live with. Ten days later his two installers came out and with a happy “Can Do” attitude they removed my old system and had my new York system installed by mid afternoon. Great installers that went the extra mile to provide a really nice and clean installation. The Punta Gorda city inspector even commented on what a nice job it was. Best she had seen. Love these guys. All I can say is “Call Todd at Kobie Englewood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Many many thanks to Bud for noticing a problem with the efficiency of our air handler and mentioning it to Mike, who okayed a replacement part and allowed Bud to install it the minute it came in. Terrific and quick response to repair the problem. We have used Kobie for 20 years and are most happy to recommend them to anyone.
Called them fist thing Sunday morning, phone was answered immediately by a friendly woman. She passed message on to tech who called me pretty quick. Was out within 90 minutes and diagnosed and fixed the a/c within 20 minutes. Reasonable price for repair, will definitely use them again.

Amazing! Called last night at 8pm. Tech was at my house in 40 minutes to diagnose. Early the next morning, he was here and repaired the problem. Price point was extremely reasonable. Speedy and professional. Was upfront with costs and did not put a dent in my pocketbook. Definitely will recommend to everyone. 10 stars for sure!!!! And another 20 stars for this employee.
This was a yearly HVAC check. The service tech, Tyler was thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He found a problem and was able to correct it right away for a reasonable price. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
