Today (4/7/23 approx. 4:15pm) I saw an employee of this company pull into a neighbor's driveway to turn around and to my surprise they didn't back out of the driveway instead they drove over the front yard and back onto the street!!! When I confronted the employee at the house where he was working he denied doing it. When I said I'd take a picture of his truck and report him to the police he said he didn't mean to do it!!! Which is it ... he didn't do it or didn't MEAN to do it??? If this is how employees of Aqua Plumbing show respect for other people's property I would NEVER USE THEM!
Excellent service, as always! David is always professional, timely, and honest about condition of equipment. I’ve used Aqua since I moved into my home 8 years ago for plumbing, air, and electrical needs. I will continue to do so as their service is exceptional.
Graham did the second scheduled maintenance on the AC system. Graham was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, conversational and is a credit to the training and high standards that Aqua sets and maintains.

Only having the new AC for one day, it's hard to give an evaluation. Our last AC unit was less than 10 years old and facing a second compressor replacement so hopefully in 9-10 years we will still be happy. There was some damage to the paint on the wall and the wooden door going into the attic. I hope I still have paint for repairs.
I have used David Fix in the past and he is the ONLY person that I have felt comfortable with and confident that the job will be done well. Other employees have almost caused me to change companies. Thank you David for treating my home like your own. I truly respect your knowledge and appreciate how considerate and kind you are to the costumer !! Joy L
I've had them for less than a year, but so far they seem reputable and they've been timely for service appointments.
The technician was courteous and professional. He was able to find out what was wrong with my AC in short time and had the supplies/parts necessary. The technician had tremendous expertise and could explain to me what was wrong with my AC. He pointed out the location of the problem- it was a leak- and he also provided photos. I was very satisfied with the quality of service!
February 1, 2023.. in our house we are older with autoimmune issues. We use Aqua for all of our systems. We have maintenance contracts with Aqua for our plumbing and water systems as well as our HVAC system. Today, Colby came for the HVAC maintenance visit. As always, we received professional care and quality work. Colby found and rectified an issue that could have cost us a great deal of money AND cost us significant health problems. I have never been even the slightest disappointed with the company or its technicians! Can’t say that about many things. I will continue to recommend Aqua for any issues that they cover. Spring, 2020- We are relatively new “full-timers” to Florida. We lived in the same house, back in Virginia, for almost 35 years. Needless to say we had well established relationships with the service providers who took care of us and our property. The move means establishing new relationships with area providers. When we have needed something done we have asked friends who they recommended. But last night around 11:30 we had, what was for us, a plumbing crisis. From the initial call to the switchboard through our service today... I can’t say enough nice things about how painless you and your team made this experience! Kelly came to the house in the middle of the night and immediately stopped the massive water flow. He was so friendly and efficient, even though he had been at it since 7am! He educated me on the problem, told me what he was doing in the moment, and then assured me someone would be back today to fix the problem. I got a call this morning that someone was on the way. And then I met Camilo! Fast, friendly, funny, and also incredibly efficient. Tom was able to explain to me the different “plans” for service and when I told him how exceptional everyone had been we talked about next steps. I don’t know the young lady’s name that I talked to, but she got me set up immediately for the Plumbing Service Contract. I can’t imagine anything being
In August 2021, Tony replaced a sump pump for me. This was at my sister's house. I live in NC. The pump was ordered but not installed when I had to leave town. I was apprehensive leaving without the repair completed, but Tony handled the install like the pro he is. Well December 2022, the sump ump quit working. I was back in Ellenton in January to look into several things ate her house. I called Aqua back, requested a new sump pump. When the service was scheduled, I was relieved to get Tony back. He was a little baffled at the pump failing in such a short time. I just wanted him to install the new pump so I could mark it off my list. He asked if I minded him doing some diagnostics, which I agreed to. Well he found the pump was full of water, which of course shorted out the pump. Aqua went with extra mile, reaching out to the manufacturer and they replaced the pump for me. If Tony had not talked me into taking a little extra time, I would have spent another $300+ for a new pump out of my pocket. And once again, he handled this for me while I was back in NC. I would recommend Tony and Aqua for your service

David is always pleasant and professional. He explained the problems with my unit, and made every effort to restore my system to working order, as quickly as possible. He was successful, thank goodness!! I have never had reason to complain about any services provided by Aqua Plumbing and Air. I would highly recommend this company.
