Called Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning for a quote on installing a whole home humidifier. Their price was reasonable, they got us on the schedule quickly, and the service professional that installed the unit did a great job. Makes a huge difference in our home!
Heat went out on a winter night, I called this firm and they were here within an hour and fixed everything for me, at a VERY reasonable price. Technicians arrived on time, friendly, polite and was able to come earlier than scheduled. The office will call to make sure this is OK first. Techs educated us on the system and care. Did not try to push a new system, but to monitor and consider in the future, if needed. Determined refrigerant was low and refueled and we’re good to go so far! We appreciate their time in this hot weather.
While on vacation our heater stopped working and it was noticed at 9:00am. The person watching our house called and said the inside temp was 40 degrees. In addition the windows in the house were being replaced that morning. Albert and Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning got the heater going 2 hours later. Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning and Albert's excellent service avoided a possible large problem.
Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning company did an amazing job! We had holes in our ductwork that other companies didn't want to fix. They took the job head on and did it perfectly. Albert, the air command representative was very knowledge and knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend them.
The technicians from this company were clean friendly, helpful and were not in a hurry to get to complete the job just carelessly. They explained how to operate my furnace until I understood and even saved me money by giving me a discount on the total price for the entire project. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
