Use Chris's AC! We recently bought an older home in Dade City, and wanted to replace the AC before the peak of summer (glad we did!!). I called 5 companies, and Chris' was by far the best the one! Not only was the price fair, but the customer service was excellent. Our electric bill was way lower once the new system was installed, plus our house is wonderfully cold!
The gentleman who performed our service was very cordial, knowledgeable and got straight to the point. Explained how to take care of our ac system and how to perform regular maintenance on the drain lines. He was able to fix our issue and even inspected the rest of our system to make sure all was in order. Service call was also pretty affordable. 10/10 would use them again. -Simon Londono
Very happy with technician, Freddy. He texted when on the way, showed up on time, professional and personable at the same time. He spent time answering our questions and performed a very thorough tune up on our ac system.
Have only used them twice and very impressed with their expertise and explaining my old unit to me, and what I may be looking at to replace it
The company was quick to respond and was on time. Morgan was the service tech and showed the upmost professionalism and knowledge. He had me up and running in no time and was very accurate with his diagnosis. I highly recommend this company and will be who I use in the future.
Here is my experience: They replaced a condensor, and at the time I had a great experience with the TECH, who happened to be the father of a classmate of my daughter. It was the tech that provided the great experience. So, the next repair, I decided to reach out to Chris AC to see about another repair, and the price was outrageous given the other quotes I received. So, confused as to why the difference, I went to the office to discuss with them, and I was met with a lady with dark hair in the office who was to put it mildly-impolite. Apparently, what I learned today, Chris the owner was in the back and never came out at anytime, even listening to the way she was speaking, and/or to go over the estiate I had questions about. So, I left, and just went with the other AC company I have used for 15 years for the repais. Fast forward today, 2-3 years later, I called to get bids to replace my entire system due to age, and apparently, according to the lady who answered the phone (who was very polite by the way) Chris noted the account that they don't want my business and if I call in the future, not to accept the business. So, just to be clear, the bid is for a 3-Ton and 5-ton replacement system in my home (15k-30K), They call back 2 hours later, and say they are not 'interested in the job' and when I asked "Sure, but why' a list of accusations about how I have had trouble with other AC companies, and how I complained about the estimate the last time. ( I have only used one AC company for the past 15 years other than the replacement of the condensor which I used this company for). It took me about 2 seconds to realize that type of corporate culture is a dead end road, so before Ihung up and said goodbye, I asked her if she wanted my feedback, and she was a little confused, and said yes. So, I said, "look-when I stepped into your office that day, I was met with a rude lady , and my recollection was that."..she cut me off, and well, wasn't really interested in the feedback a
I make deliveries to here about twice a week and the staff is the best. I would recommend to everyone that needs there service.
The company and their professional employees are very customer friendly and go beyond the norm for a quick and professional outcome. Their cost and speed of service was amazing.
This company is awesome. I called out of the blue, because I believe in supporting local business. They answered right away, like others didn't. Morgan the tech assigned ,let me know when he was coming. They were very honest . Luckily, it was just the fan motor. The price was VERY reasonable. All done in the same day with a single call. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is my second year of having Chris’s AC do an annual service check up. I have been very impressed with the office staff and my technician Trae. So pleased with receiving service like it used to be. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and they actually act as though they care about retaining a customer for life instead of trying to rip you off. We will be in the future needing to replace our unit and it will most assuredly come from Chris’s AC company. If we didn't slam on the brakes the guy in his work truck would have hit us as he was coming into our lane. Even though we honked to tell him to back off, he still kept coming over. Travelling Southbound on 75 near Venice/North Port.

Can't say enough good things about this company & their technicians! Called them for our No Heat issue and the techs & Mr. Chris went above and beyond to fix several issues and get us up & running again. Highly recommend them to all!

Recently had A/C HP replaced. Thanks to the office staff, field supervisor, Install crew, initial service tech and owner. Customer service as it used to be!: Quite impressive.

Called to get my maintenance on my air conditioner was able to get service that day. Trey was service technician he was very professional he showed me all the problems my electric bill was running extremely high, I know it’s been hot but in comparison to my neighbors bills I knew something was despite the fact my unit is older he showed me what was going on.. I will be getting a new unit soon and when I do I will trust Chris’s A/C to install it I’ve done a lot of research on reviews and satisfaction of customers and they have always stood behind they work and are reasonable priced.. and I was happy with the service I got yesterday and in the past.
They told me what the problem was vent under house feel off but but won't go under house then said not going to fix it sorry bout that now pay me my 90.00 dollars for service call .Hope you find someone .
