Greg was the best AC serviceman we have ever had. He was very friendly, informative, hands on and had outstanding customer service. He was also very helpful and visually showed us what was wrong and what parts were what. We LOVE everything he brought to the experience and this company!

We are very, very pleased we chose Highland to install our central air conditioning. The representative that came out was professional and explained thoroughly the equipment and the installation process. He also kept us informed every step of the way. Our system was installed in a very timely manner by a very professional and courteous crew. They cleaned up extremely well. The price was very competitive as well. All in all an excellent experience and we highly recommend its!
Initial install of new AC system was accomplished quickly. One of the installers put his foot through my ceiling. Ok, it can happen to anyone. I repaired it myself, no real issue. Now, one month later, it has warmed up and the AC system is not cooling. I have called to get it fixed. Repair anticipated in late afternoon. Tech no showed. Promised 8 am next day. No showed again. A family member is asthmatic and doesn’t tolerate heat and humidity. Now it’s time for another service call to a responsive provider and an attorney. Use this company at your own risk.
