Hello. I called L&R on a Saturday afternoon after returning home from vacation. My house was sweltering and my upstairs unit had stopped working. When I called them, they were upfront and willing to come immediately to help identify the issue. Our technician, Rafael, was courteous, honest and professional. He identified the issue and the cost of fixing it... on a Saturday evening, was still less than my old A/C guy who charged me more for that same part that was defective. Needless to say... I have a new A/C guy and its L&R. I recommend them 100%.
Rafael has been servicing the air conditioning at our church for the last 4 years and we’re extremely happy with his knowledge and high-quality workmanship. Highly recommended!
Rafael was excellent very professional, other tech’s had tried to fix the problem but were not successful Rafael new exactly what the problem was and fixed it and he was very informative about what the problem, look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Had a real problem this morning, Sunday. You hate to call because you know its the weekend, and the price. Not here. Gave Rafael a call and one if his team was at my house within the hour. Assessed the problem and went to work. Back up and running. And the price, I thought I was getting over on him. For any H.A.V. 24-7, 365, this is the man to call.🙏🙏🙏🙏👊👊👊👊👊👌👌👌👌. An addition to the original. The first fix didn't work. Guess what, back out at 7:30 on a SUNDAY night. Stayed past 9:30 to get the job done. What more can you expextfrom a top notch company. Did I mention they do Commercial also.
