This is not about this particular Supplier. Its about Trane and their poorly made products. Our system broke after 7 years. They want 12,000 for a replacement. I dont know about you but I cant afford 12,000 every 7 years. Trane also has poor customer service and a baloney warranty scam going on. Do yourself a favor and buy a Lenox. We put it in our old house and it is still going strong after 12 years…thats 5 years longer already than Trane.
Good people work there and enjoy the jobs. They have great products and fair prices for what they offer. The manager seems to be a great guy. The count of people are extremely knowledgeable. Bathrooms are clean. Free soda. Great place to buy air conditioning parts.
Trane Supply Clw has definitely gone through some tough changes the past few yrs. Being sold back to the factory (after 50 yrs of being privately owned) in the midst of Covid hurt them as much or more than others. The staff in the Clearwater store was very resilient. They had 3 manager changes in almost 3 yrs. The guys that stuck it out and stayed are awesome to work with. They are willing to go the extra mile to help get it done right! Unfortunately, they have constraints on them like most of the auto industry...supply chain issues abound in the HVAC world. Consumer just don't hear about it until its too late and their a/c is broke. Trane and American Standard are built on the same lines and are quality pieces of equipment. Quality is sold here to licensed contractors only.
Very professional staff
Since they have changed the phone system and how everything is, you are lucky to even get good service. Texting is okay at best and quality in customer service and response. Is lacking in the company since the changes have been made, makes me cringe when I know I have to find info out. Weather it being a part, stock or anything else. It was easy and a joy to call before but now Trane is at my last on my favorites to even call/contact. Its just a big joke and **** show, now dealing with Trane and how they are being run.
All the guys here are great. Will always go the extra for you and are very pleasant overall. Wonderful service!

I work for Pleasant air conditioning and we are a Trane dealer and because of that I always go to this location the d o s rap at this location Patrick is absolutely amazing very accommodating very polite very respectful willing to help in any way and get your issue resolved if there is one in a timely manner also at this location is Trane parts and everybody which I can name Everybody by name but I won't cuz it's too long are always knowledgeable professional and would go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need these guys are great two thumbs up
