Cut me off in traffic and almost caused an accident. Be patient and wait in line like everyone else to make a turn. So unprofessional and lack of respect and safety to everyone around you.

Very professional! Todd came out and didn't waste time. Gave me a very reasonable and competitive price for a new AC unit, handler, and duct repair. Came on time on installation day and before anything they did, they made sure I was ok with it. Great service!

We had a new HVAC system installed by Todd's when we bought our condo 2 years ago and I am very happy I chose Todd's to do this work. The price of the equipment and installation was very competitive and was an easy choice. However, after the installation was when the folks at Todd's really began to shine. I have had a few instances where I needed to call for service and I was amazed by how quickly they were able to respond and get me up and running. I always recommend Todd's when any of my friends need HVAC service.
they rip off seniors, installed brand new ac about year and a half ago and under warranty on unit, i been charged $350 dollars for 45 mins work installing blower motor , avoid this RIP OFFcompany. AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY,
WOW - If we could give 7 stars we would. I can't recommend Todd's AC enough! We have now been using Todd's for repair and maintenance for 4 years and have referred them to several family members all with incredible results. 2 main examples of the 7 stars are: Example 1: - we were told (by Total Air and others) that our upstairs unit needed all parts labor costs were $1,800 - Todd's came in and explained to me that it was under warranty and was covered at just labor costs which he charged $300. - when I questioned Total Air and others they back stepped and said "oh yeah, we were mistaken". but never would have said anything unless I questioned it... Example 2: We just had our main downstairs unit go out and were again told that we would need to replace the unit for $12K - Todd's came by and fixed it same day for $98.00. THAT is a big difference. I can't say enough good things about Todd's AC and the techs - In my opinion it is the best run AC company in the Tampa Bay area!
I couldn't be happier than with Todd's Air Conditioning. I had never used the company before, but had tried several with no good responses or professionalism I was seeking. I called yesterday with an SOS, been in the house 6 days with 90 degrees each day. I needed help quickly and they responded. First Alex, she took all the pertinent information via texting. After giving her all the vitals she responded again and let me know that the 'part' I had been waiting for for days from these other companies, she said a tech would be out the next day, less than 24 hours from the time I called her. With the much needed 'part' on his truck! After 6 days, that was welcome news! The part I was told would take 5 days by 2-3 companies. My a/c came back and ID was a happy camper! I have nothing but praise for this company. Derek was the same, very confident, completely professional, knowledgeable, so nice and down to earth, efficient, knew all about the work, didn't mind my asking questions. Explained everything. Their rates were reasonable and they fixed the problem.
Tod which so undisributably nice I cannot begin to tell you the customer service was outstanding. I highly highly recommend this company!!!!!!!
Emergency call with AC..this was after hours,on the weekend..No one was available til Monday ..that would be a long hot weekend ..so tried other AC companies..charges out ragous..

Replaced existing central air/heat unit. Very nice employees. Even the ones that came out a few times to fix a wiring issue. Now it is 3 months later and I have to use it, its hot... A/C does not come on at all. Called and they came out as I asked. The gentleman was so sweet. Fixed the problem right away and showed me what it was. Thank you. DEE
I am editing my previous post in which I expressed dissatisfaction over service call. Even though my ac still has an unknown recurring issue, Todd’s a/c is working with me to to get it corrected. Looks like a surge protector is in the future to see if this can stop power surges from affecting performance.
I don't know how to summarize the events that led up to a very stressful week other than saying that if we did not choose Todd's AC then we would probably be screwed. Unbeknownst to us, our condo was struck by lightning and it wrecked our AC unit and the 2 condos directly above us. We thought our AC finally died off. Todd's found the leak and copper line damage in all of the units affected. This required extra logistics with the condo association, the unit owners, tenants, and roofers who had covered the access pitch on the roof preventing the AC guys visibility into our lines.. They waited extra hours to help. They worked with the various teams involved like advocates for us tenants when the HOA refused to take responsibility. They completed the work without knowing who they would obtain payment from. Jarod and Todd were true heros and took care of myself, my daughter two upstairs neighbors like we were family. They had roofers yelling at them to do the roofers job and the HOA denying responsibility. They had me and my frustration of not having AC for days. And they handled it in stride with integrity. Thank you guys so much.
My AC was not working and I was in a bad way, but Todd's came through and I am so grateful. They were able to come over right away and took good care of me. Everyone I dealt with was great, from the office to Keith, who quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Thank you!
