My AC at one of my property’s was having problems and i called several companies to give me estimates and Sam’s Heating and Air was cheaper by thousands of dollars. He installed a new system and even gave me 2 years worth of air filters for free. Zero issues with his service. Highly recommend.
Sam did an excellent job in getting my valve replaced in my AC unit. He responded quick and is very clean and professional. Completed the job for a great price and a lot quicker than another place estimated for the repair.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sams heating and air conditioning. I have used their services not once but twice well after business hours and sam arrived quickly and had my home cool once again in no time. Sam and his crew did an excellent job replacing an old unit in a condo for my elder mother. Fast service, and a great price on a 2 Ton 14 SEER unit that works fantastic. Cleaned up the job site and went over all the functions with us when finished. Down to earth, honest businessman who was a pleasure to work with.
Sam and his employees are phenomenal! Our AC kept icing over and he was quick to diagnose the issue and provide an invoice for everything we need. He walked us through everything and made it easy to understand what the issue was among other potential complications to watch out for. His prices are more than fair and his dedication to completing a quality job is unmatched. Bonus points for being very tidy and cleaning up

Sam has gone beyond all expectations for any ac/heating needs! He is more then reasonable, honorable and fair with both of our interactions. During the summer months, an old ac tends to have issues. The first week of June was able to come out and replace an ac capacitor /contactor with same day Sunday service when I was told by three other local companies that weekend services were only performed when scheduled. He let me know about a semi-annual service contract that was reasonably priced, but I turned it down. I probably should have made the investment, but you live and learn. Today, Labor Day evening, as I returned from a trip I found my ac was out again. He answered my phone call on a holiday and told me he could come by at 10 pm to assist me! He spent over an hour with me this evening helping to try to repair an old Nest that was not responding to touch and then he installed a new nest and performed a service on the ac unit. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs friendly, reliable service. I can say with confidence for any future needs I’ll be contacting him. Thanks for keeping me cool Sam!

I was referred to Sam by a friend and it was the best referral I've ever received. My AC went out on Sunday afternoon and once I called Sam he was out to my house in less than 30 mins. He was quick to diagnose the problem and didn't over charge me for any of the work he did or for emergency service. Fantastic.

A/C stopped working at 10:30pm. Called Sams at 7am next morning. Sam was at my door at 8am and A/C was working by 8:30am with a capacitor change . Highly recommend!!
Had a spring AC service scheduled with another company. They never showed during their 8-Noon window, and called me upset an hour later because I wasn’t at the residence at 1. I cancelled theirs and pulled up next to Sam’s work truck at a traffic light and just started talking. He came right over, gave a thorough and honest AC service right then, explaining everything to me. A+ thanks Sam.
