AC stopped working. Called to schedule a diagnostic / estimate. The lovely lady who answered told us one thing to check. It worked- no visit needed ! Wow. Amazing knowledge and integrity. I know who I’ll be using when we do have a real problem.
Great customer service, quick turnaround and fair pricing. Capacitor went bad, they came out within an hour of my call and replaced the part in no time.
The repairman Hershel was excellent and professional during the entire process of the difficult job in replacing the entire a/c unit. He communicated throughout the entire process, updating me on timeframes for completion. He was also attentive to my home and ensured safety and cleanliness at all times. I would give him an excellent rating! Thank you for a great job!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Quoted $7,935 for AC replacement - “Covers everything.” Well, everything except $775 for the crane they said we wouldn’t need, and $199.00 for the service program (promised discount won’t be applied), then $465 for a working air filter rack (silly me, I thought a new unit would have a working air filter rack). You will just keep paying and paying. Not only will they “nickel & dime” you, they will patronize you - MY NAME IS NOT “SWEETIE!!!”
Our AC stopped working so we called Reliant Heating and Air Conditioning first thing in the morning. We were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon and Brian came out and diagnosed our problem. He called and went to get the parts and had it fixed that day! Awesome job... definitely will be calling them again!
Excellent customer service and work.
Had a sudden issue where my air handler was stuck in heat mode and blowing non stop. In Florida this is a no go. One call had Reliant out quick and they had me fixed and cooling that same day. Steven was my tech and he made a quick diagnosis, fixed the issue, and was out the door in 1 hour. Can't beat that! He even talked to me about their cost effective bi annual services. All together I had a great experience with Reliant.

We can't say enough great things about this company!!! From the ease of scheduling a quote to products and services to installation! Professionalism and communication were outstanding and the best price out of 5 quotes. Purchased their VIP plan as well for service on both our systems. Would definitley highly recommend!!!! From the first contact through finishing the company was professional and transparent. Louis, the installer, did a fantastic job and explained to me what he was doing and how it all worked. The work I had done was a split until install. I highly recommend them.
Brian did an outstanding job, between communication, genuinely performing the tasks he said he would, and being honest about my system. At no point did I feel like I was talking to a salesman. Brian answered my questions, used visual aids to further explain things, and made sure I saw everything before he closed anything up. He installed our new Nest Thermostat within a few minutes. Made sure to shop vac our drain pipe, clean the condenser and handler thoroughly, and made sure to clean the drains in the bottom of the condenser to allow rain water to drain properly. My unit is from 2014, and was 3 pounds low on refrigerant. Got it charged back up to a proper level. From a personal stand point, I have never seen anyone clean a system. Anytime I’ve had to work with an A/C company, they make things into a big sales event. I felt comfortable with Brian, and he never had an attitude about anything, which is a huge plus in my book. In the coming days, weeks and months, hopefully our electric bill will show the changes. I would highly recommend Reliant, especially for the maintenance package.
We had Bryan come today to do a annual service and He went beyond a regular service and went up in the attic to check on some sweating We had in a room and moved a intake duct that was leaning against the cooling duct,And He taped the refrigerant line that was sweating next to the unit. We were impressed how professional and well trained and so pleasant to talk to!!! Thank You!

Great experience from start to finish! Of course our AC would go out on a Friday night in the middle of August! My husband called early Saturday morning and unfortunately the part that was needed for the repair had to be ordered and not only did they supply a portable AC to get us through the weekend until the warehouse opened. Brian, our technician was here right away once the part came in and had everything completely repaired within an hour! Not having AC is no joke and having a great honest and professional company to rely on when you have issues is priceless! Reliant heating and air conditioning is definitely a company that will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!
