We noticed our A/C wasn’t cooling correctly later in the evening. Most places were closed or didn’t offer after hours service, but we found RDK, and I’m SO glad we called them. We called around 8:10pm and got the answering machine that said to leave a message and that they’d call back within 15 min. They called back in 4 minutes!! And they sent a tech out within an hour! I was amazed. Corey was our technician, and he was awesome. He identified the problem, fixed it for the night, and came back the next day with a new part and installed it beautifully. He was very polite, kind, and did a perfect job. My fiancé and I were very impressed by Corey. We will never call any other A/C company again, and we will be signing up for their routine maintenance. Thank you, RDK, Nada, and Corey!!
So professional, AND repairs were on time the first time.
I’ve been an RDK a/c customer for a few years now. Their a/c techs are always professional, proficient and want to keep the customer happy. Today, they sent Corey and he enthusiastically jumped right on the problem. To my relief, the result was awesome, above, and beyond! A reliable and honest company, I must highly recommend RDK a/c.

RDK is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in all my years. Front office very helpful and professional and the install guys were beyond excellent. I wish I could have found this company years ago to avoid the various headaches I have gone through with other A/C contractors.

The moment Nada answered the phone she was so helpful and gracious. She understood my urgency and had a technician at my home within a few hours. Excellent service - took time to explain what was wrong and how it would be repaired.
Poor service.... System broke down for lack of maintenance. Called another company and after service all is good.... When I called these people to resolve the problem they wanted a premium to come back and wouldn't take the premium charge against repair cost

I am very grateful to and would certainly recommend the services of RDK. I had multiple quotes for AC repair, and RDK was the company I went with because I felt they were not taking advantage of my situation. Nada at the office was responsive and very helpful, and Corry did an excellent job. I can also say that they stand behind their work. My system required a coil replacement, and they did the job and came back to make sure it was done right! Thank you RDK and special thank you to Corey for his hard work!

I have used this company for 9 years and running and have found them to be the most honest and reliable around. Corey just saved the day on Mother's Day weekend (biggest weekend of the year) for my ice cream store and got my walk in cooler back up in running before I lost all my product. On a Saturday, his day off. Much appreciated young man!
