I talked to many ac company today and I needed someone asap and emergency Means emergency alex she very friendly and helpful and i told her my issues today, she was on spot to help me ,she contact Eric super nice guy he came out I told him my issues and he already know what was the problem it hard to find good help,and know wht they hell doing this guy was friendly very helpful and help me and ac working good my wife was happy with the news ,I was very happy with his service I highly recommend this company and Eric is the best ...Alex she is too
I called late on Sunday and they came out and serviced my A/C the next morning. Fast, did a great job and very reasonable. I give them five penguins!
Instant service and great results! We went from sweltering to cool as cucumbers in less that 24 hours.
The air-conditioner died on a Sunday and Tuesday was a holiday. Looking at at least four days with no AC in July. We have struggled to find a reliable service over the years. We found Poulin Cooling on the web with a 5 star rating so we gave them a call. The service desk was very nice, which was appreciated since it was unlikely we would get service that day. She apologized, but couldn't have a tech at my home until later that day. With the temp in the house at 90 in the morning, We could not be happier. The technician, Eric, called ahead and informed us he had two calls before us, but if we could take some pictures of the unit it would help him plan for the service. Eric soon after called to let us know he was in the way. His dedication to perform outstanding service was on display as he took the time to explain my unit to me. He quickly got the AC running but he was not finished. He climbed into the attic to check the air handler for potential problems. He gave the unit a full check, he rinsed the condenser coils and showed me how to clean the drain line. Marcus Poulin knows how to pick a team. Thank you Eric!

My AC went out Father’s Day 2023 they were here the next day at 9am they started and by 3:30-4pm that day I was laying in my bed with AC all over me. I got a couple quotes $9500. To 12,000. For the inside and out. Theirs off the bat , was $5285. It makes you think sounds to good to be true, the guy I talked to answered all my questions told me we’ll be here at 9am. They were here got started 6guys were here getting the outside done, and Jeff and Sal finished up the job, the other guys bringing stuff and taking the old stuff away. Jeff and Sal did amazing. When they left I came in the house and cried thanking God he sent them to me. With a 10 year warranty. I don’t even think I be alive in 10 years, but I’ll have AC. And tell Alex, she answers the phone JC said hey she is so sweet and so nice and I thank her also. Thank you so much and God bless them, there’s good businesses still out there.
These are basically the only people I trust now. Shout out to Dustin and Brandon for the recent jobs. Everything is perfect now.
Poulin Cooling is the best!!!! My A/C shut off suddenly, on an extra hot day. I called in and a technician, LJ, came to my house within an hour. He had it figured out and repaired in no time. Very reasonable prices, fast response and very professional. Thank you again! Marlene Graves

Poulin has skilled Technicians. I saved thousands of dollars on 2 systems because the technicians isolated and repaired the real problems. So in those cases I did not need new systems, whereas other AC Companies had failed to find the problems. That’s why I now call Poulin Coolin.
My AC started leaking water, I called Poulin Cooling they responded fast, showed up and fixed it and it’s been 2 weeks and its been working just fine also they were affordable. No need to shop around, you can trust these guys 🙏
I got lucky and had a same day appointment when my AC stopped cooling. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, helpful and eager to assist me. The technician was not only prompt for his arrival time but he diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than an hour. He was super nice and clean! I will use this company again!

Poulin Cooling have replaced 3 HVAC systems for us, and they have serviced our units for the past 3 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to our HVAC systems. This company really went above and beyond! The air quality in my house is extremely fresh and clean! I had the pleasure of working with Yencid who took really great care of us! He even recorded videos of how to clean my AC filters. He was in communication with me throughout the whole process and did a great job educating me on the options that were best for my families need. These guys did a stellar job! Highly, highly recommend them!
