Nick Scarpetta was a huge help. He arrived promptly, he was professional the entire time, and he was quickly able to identify the problem with the A/C and fix it right away. I also appreciated how he kept me informed as to what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, and the associated pricing. 5 star service call, easily.
Nick S. Was wonderful. He figured out almost immediately what was wrong and fixed it. Mind you he was here as a second opinion because the first company could not figure it out.
Mike was absolutely wonderful. I was able to get ahold of him super quickly to service my husband and I’s vacation rental property as we are out of state. Prompt service, super friendly, incredibly funny. We’ll definitely be back.
Mike came and saved my life when the inside of my house got to 87 degrees in this summer heat. I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided by him and the company. Mike was very knowledgeable when it came to figuring out the problem. He seemed to have figured it out instantly. He not only fixed the issue, but he stayed to make sure it was going to continue to work well for me. He went above and beyond all expectations. I hope my ac doesn’t go again, but if it does. I trust Mike to come back and fix the issue again. Thank you Pleasant Air for hiring such a gentlemen. 10/10 recommend
Deb took my call early in the morning on the 4th of July weekend and managed to get me scheduled for same day service after two days of non-functional A/C waiting for my usual repair guy to get free. Mike came out and was able to get me back up and running that very same day, no problem. Super affordable too!

We called, they showed up and repaired our AC within a couple hours. Nick was very nice and professional; he explained everything step by step, gave suggestions but didn't push or make us feel dread. It was so refreshing, literally. We highly recommend this company, and already have.
Mike Cole did a great job on our air conditioner. I really appreciated that he showed up so close to the start of our scheduled window.
Came to my house twice in the last 2 days and A/C still keeps shutting off. Nice guys but feels like they are just guessing and doing the same thing I’m doing (I have no experience with a/c) they get it working and leave and a few hours later it shuts off again. Very disappointed and hot.
Called first thing this morning and Mike C showed up the same day to address our issues - he was knowledgeable and we had air flowing within an hour. Thank you!
Good company. Fast response time. Only complaint I have is having a problem with the new AC unit. The problem appears to have been due to them not calibrating the thermostat. But seems to be working the way it should now.
