Very professional. Excellent service.
I had to find a local HVAC company in the Clearwater area to resolve the on going problems with my parents AC. I live in New York so I was totally reliant on picking a company in the area and trying to manage the problem from afar. I was blessed to choose ORION as the company! Not only did they access the problem and resolve the issue in a timely manner, the level of professionalism and most importantly personal care was bar none! I couldn’t have had better luck in finding this gem of an HVAC company!!! -FM
Orion quite literally saved the day! The day before we moved into our new house, our ac stopped working. Orion was able to come out the same day to assess the issue and quickly found that the evaporator motor was not functioning.They had to order the part since our ac handler required a very specific evaporator motor. Orion had it in hand two days later and were out to install it immediately. The technician, Mark, was quick to install it and it has been working beautifully and blowing ice cold ever since! From the first call to resolution, Orion was wonderful to work with. Diana, who answered the phone when I frantically called, worked with urgency, was incredibly nice, and genuinely cared about our issue. She quickly ordered the part, tracked it’s progress, and kept us updated along the way. Truly the sweetest person. They will be who we turn to for future ac maintenance and repairs. Great company! Zero issues. When every other company turned their back on the challenge of finding a specific unit to replace the old one. Orion was upfront on the Lead time and challenges. Found what I needed and even had a hiccup with a supplier and turned around to found another distributor. Delivered on time. Unbeatable professionalism and great prices.

We were referred to Orion by friends and couldn't be happier with the service provided. We had an issue with our AC system and our prior HVAC company wanted us to replace the entire system for $15k. Jim came by and provided maintenance for $100 and our issue is gone. Orion's team is extremely professional, responsive and they look out for your budget. Can't recommend this great company enough!
First, Diane who took my call is amazing. Not only did she get me on schedule quickly, she stayed in contact w/ me through the whole process and even after. I was lucky enough to have Jim the owner come out and install my new ac unit with another tech. When I asked for a discount if I paid cash Diane was able to get me an answer right away, and yes, they gave me one! Thank you Orion for all you did for me, I have already referred you to several future customers . . . keep up the good and honest work!
Most recently I had damage to my A/C from the hurrican and Orion Air came to the rescue immediately - and their charges were very reasonable. Diane & Jim always treat me like family. I highly recommend them.

Our A/C started leaking at the air handler so I called Orion and got an appt. Jim was very professional and took care of the problem quickly. The price was quite reasonable too. This A/C unit was installed by Orion about four or five years ago. They've always done a good job with every visit. I highly recommend them.
Very lovely team! We had an emergency shut down on a mini split unit that was installed by another company. Diane who was dispatching went out of her way to get the right guy- Jimmy - on the job by the end of the day. Both were so helpful and knowledgeable about the units that I have. Jimmy was able to fix our issue and we are happy to now have a new reliable AC company! Super grateful and Highly recommend!! ✨
