National Heating & Air was recommended to me by a co-worker and I am extremely happy that I went with them. They replaced my entire system, including duct work, and did an incredible job. The system seems to be really high quality and it’s all covered under warranty, with free maintenance for multiple years. They make it extremely hassle free and everything was done in a timely manner. Sean just came out to do one of the free maintenance jobs and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you go with them ask for Sean! It is a family owned and operated company that seems to really take a lot of pride in what they are doing. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

My air stopped working and I called a company that advertised in the local paper. They told me due to its age it had to be replaced. National came out and had it up and running for just over $1000. I know I will need to replace it and then next couple of years, but it bought me some time and I appreciate their honesty. They will definitely have my future business

Some time back when it was Stanley Cup Playoffs, Game 1 of the Lightning vs Canadians, I come home to a hot house and no air running. Not good. I called Nationals answering service and Sean was the technician that came out within what felt like minutes. Pitch black out, didn't matter, Sean came and got me up and running before midway through the first period. Couldn't be more thankful that I used them. Ask for Sean, great guy.

Had a brand new A/C put on the property Nov 2021. I can't say installed, because they never finished installation. I'm still waiting on a rain shield, thermostat, and high volt. Something that was promised over a year ago... so I basically have a paperweight in the backyard that hasn't even been turned on. Numerous phone calls were made to inform them it needs to be done, and nobody has called or shown up. This system has a 10yr parts, labor, maintenance, cleanings, and service warranty/contract and is costing over $29,000. They need to adhere to their contract.

This company is a rip off the elderly company. Convinced me I needed a hard start for my 6 year old AC because my compressor was supposedly working too hard. Found out after the fact that this hard start retails for $9.74. Charged me $275. And no, it took 2 minutes to install, and it was a routine 6 month service check so there was no service call. What a bunch of scam artists.

DO NOT USE NATIONAL. BEWARE SENIOR CITIZENS. Tech showed up at the house; after a hour he had no idea what was the problem. He started saying that the a/c system was old an needed a full replament (over $6,000) Little did he know the whole system was not even 2 years old. He insisted on a full replament but he was dissmissed. Another a/c company fixed the problem replacing only one part and at a fraction of the stimated cost.

Extremely thankful for this company. I came home to an extremely hot house. I googled air conditioning companies and called a couple of people. National is the only one who answered. Sean called me and was extremely informative on the phone. Let me know he was currently fixing someone else’s air conditioner but would be to me in a couple of hours. Well, a couple of hot hours later, he got me up and running. Now I’m cooling and not sweating! He told me there’s a lot more I could do with my air conditioner to make it better but didn’t push me. I’ll definitely use them when I need to replace!

Our AC unit is less than a year old and is had major freon leak. The guy didn't have any detectors and would be back the next day. I called office at 3pm office didn't know. They call back and tell me a tech will be out at 6pm and put the leak detector in, it takes 24hrs before they will know anything and they can not put any freon in state law. The hse is 89 and we have an 85 yr old living with us. I asked for hotel rooms until it is fixed, nope was the answer. Now I had paid for a new unit less than a year old,we are making payments for the next 10yrs and that includes all service work. Their word and service means zero, I will be getting legal help. TERRIBLE COMPANY
