Been customer of MS for years. Called Jul 5 to schedule a preventive maintenance check for my residential a/c and was told they couldn't get to me until Sept. Yes, Sept! So, if I'm proactive they can't do the job for at least two months? Obviously not interested in my loyalty! Moving on.
I’ve trusted Midway services for a long time to help keep my older home in good working condition. The technicians who have come are always knowledgeable and professional. Yesterday, Jose, the plumber who helped us, went the extra mile to fix a problem. He also had a helpful suggestion for how to circumvent the problem in the future. I really appreciated his good care.
Paul did a very Thorough inspection and clean out to our AC unit. I would highly recommend.
My tech was Paul. He listened to my concerns and went over and above to investigate the cause. He patiently explained his findings and the options. I couldn't ask for more.
First timing working with Midway Services for my HVAC tune up at my Seminole home. Had an absolutely amazing experience with the team they sent out. Paul, Devon, and Scott where amazing. They took their time to make sure everything was double checked and took the time to address all of my concerns. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your HVAC needs.
Midway just left. Quentin and Juan are fantastic. Laid out what was wrong and had a few options for repair. No pressure what so ever. Quentin very polite to talk to and kept me informed. He is also a Veteran and appreciated his service. If anything happens in the future I will be calling Midway Services.
Paul and Scott came out and assessed my heat pump which needed replacing. They were extremely professional and informative and explained everything to me. I went with the advantage plan and will be getting a new unit along with a new water heater. I am very happy with Midway and look forward to working with this company for many years. These guys were like talking to good friends no pressure sales.
Our AC went out this weekend and Midway Services responded quickly to our service call. Our technician, Quentin, was very knowledgeable about our issue and patiently explained the problem and solution to my family and me. He was very professional and courteous.

We recently had a bad experience with another AC company. We called Midway to see what, if anything, they could do to help us. Quenton Jones arrived in short notice and listened to our problems, looked over the existing situation and offered several options. He also called a colleague, Corey Dominguez who came right over and also reviewed our situation. Bottom line out AC was under sized and installed improperly. They were very thorough in explaining several options they felt would help us and also explained in great detail the services they could provide to fix our problems and finance the fixes going forward. We have signed up for their Advantage program and hopefully will have many good years of quality service with them to come.
Paul did an incredible job educating me on A/C maintenance during my 6 month check up. He took care of everything that was outlined in the maintenance schedule. I definitely recommend this business.

Quentin came in and showed us the build up on our system , he made sure that our ac unit is spotless, Quentin took extra care knowing that this unit serves for my sister who has MS and sanitized all components.. great job Thank you!!!!
Paul was great - he knew immediately what was wrong with my AC unit and was able to provide the new part on the spot. He was transparent in responding my questions, and didn’t hesitate to check my indoor unit when I asked. He also was happy to get his hands dirty to clean out the drain pipe. Would recommend these guys for all AC related needs.
Paul was service technician and he was very professional and did great job on maintenance to my AC. Would always like him to come for any issues I may have and always on maintenance.

I was having difficulty with air quality in my home. Allergies and congestion was an everyday occurrence for me. Mid Way services installed a new air system with uv and a halo light. It has been a week. My congestion and allergies have subsided. Thank you to Cory and Sean, the sales team , and Alejandro, Antonio, Ben and Jordan the install team. A great team.
