Mason AC had a technician at my property within 3 hours of my initial phone call, and the repair was completed in 1 hour. The technician, Brad, took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing, and gave me options to consider. I will now sign up for their M.A.C.H 1 maintenance program.
These guys are awesome! Professional, kind, respectful, and best of all, you’re more than just a customer. Thank you guys for a great install. We wanted a mini split for our master to make it extra cold at night for sleeping without having to blast our central unit.

Mason Air performed a high quality, first rate installation of my mini split AC. They were friendly, courteous and the finished product looked like professionals installed it. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with the results.

Updating this to specifically thank Mike who spent a considerable amount of time off the clock helping me get my ac unit going last night via text which in my opinion far exceeds the standard for great customer service. This was after Mike had been out within 2 hours of me calling in over the weekend which was a really fast turnaround. Also Brad who was out today and was able to diagnose and fix the unit even though it seemed to be running fine all night and all day upon his arrival. The care and diligence shown by both Mike and Brad is quite refreshing. With the company, every time I’ve reached out with an issue I’ve gotten same-day service and help, including employees willing to help out after hours when they aren’t on-call. Definitely a great company with a great team of techs! Fast and courteous service, arrived earlier than they anticipated and had me back up and running very quickly. Great company that I have recommended to friends and family, definitely the best!

Zack and Bobby were excellent... communication with Mason was total and complete... they were right on time,and went right to work removing old system and installing new one.... They checked with us as the work was progressing...they and the mason company are impressive...reminds me of how service used to be ,extremely dependable.. This company came out for no charge. They had to spend hours getting it to work again. The company we purchased it from wanted $37?.?? Just for a service call. They did a terrific job and we will definitely have them out again, if it's needed. ☺️
Excellent Zack and Bobby were amazing! Very friendly and informative they took the time to fully explain everything that was wrong; what they needed to do and then showed me all of the work that was done when they finished. Finally found a family owned company that I can trust. Communicates efficiently, professionally yet makes you feel like he's your neighbor helping you out, not a multi-service company that's going to take you for a ride leaving you frustrated and worse off. I was completely satisfied with all aspects from pricing, work ethic, personality, I can't give enough praise and will continue to have Mason Air Conditioning for my A/C, heat maintenance.
