I had 2Trane systems replaced 3and 3.5 tons. The price was fair, given the Trane’s products are expensive! I’m so pleased with their service. To start Bobby the service supervisor assessed what’s needed to replace both units in my house. He was very knowledgable and spent a fair amount of time evaluating what we need and explaining it to me. Chris the sale manager was great, responsive and his advises was sound based on good knowledge supplemented by good documentations and links. Ian, Charles, and a third one I forgot his , the Technicians, were very knowledgeable and professionalname; and their assistants Tim and Angel were great did a great job replacing the two systems and left the place very clean. I can’t thank them enough. I wrote the review the same day they finished to be sure that they get enough credit for their good work. Thanks you all. I have used Jack Joyner Co. in the past for maintenance and repairs and I will continue to use them again in the future. I would definitely highly recommend them to others.

I am aFormer eleven year service technician employed at this company From two thousand until two thousand eleven when I relocated they Have a quality core of ethics and morals They always do their best to hold on to And during my time they always had a knack of hiring only great people What's similar mindsets on the subject . This was never a company that tries to push sales Like i've come to find some other companies to do they encourage their technicians to do honest work and find the problem and give options i'm sure They still do the same to this day

Had a new Trane system installed in Aug 2022. I can’t say enough about the system or the techs that installed it. The job was completed in 4 hours. The 2 techs showed up on time, were very courteous and didn’t leave a speck of dirt anywhere. The quote I was given was exactly the price on the finished product. The system is working great and I noticed a decrease in my electrical bill. GREAT JOB to all involved. I would highly recommend Jack Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning.

I don't like and I don't use to do bad reviews but for this company I'll do an exception... I called them for my AC broken on Friday and they told me to wait a call back to set an appointment and that it costs $160, but since I was melting in my home I said ok .... In the afternoon they showed up directly at my address with no appointment, and this looked good in the beginning l. After 30 minutes of checking my system they went away telling me to wait at maximum 2 days for an estimate and another appointment, I said OK. AFTER 5 days I called them asking news about me, but the lady at the desk didn't know anything about me, and she asked me what I want (what???). I explained everything and thus she told me to call the day after .... But it was the same story, she didn't know anything to say to me. On Thursday I received on my voicemail a call from the Company with a lot of apologies, but after 6 day I was waiting for them I called another company (more affordable) and now they are fixing my AC. I complained with Jack Joiner and their bad service, having left me with no answer (and my AC broken in June in Florida!!!) for 6 days long after having taken 160 easy dollars!!! This is not a way to do good business, thrust me, don't call them!!! They also offered me a new control of my AC for free, but I refused because has no sense when another company is working now, so I asked to be refund but they denied to refund me totally, just a partially .... I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED
