We called the online service center and verified they had the part we needed. Online services then had the store in Clearwater Florida to hold it for us. Thanks to online services for calling ahead to hold part.

My most typical purchase from Grainger is a specific box size that I buy in bundles of 10. I have found the process to be less reliable than I would expect for such a simple "order and pick up" circumstance. I've experienced inconsistencies between delivery promises and actual availability of the boxes. I received boxes that were not the size I ordered. The process for exchanging incorrect size boxes for correct size boxes has been managed in a manner inconsistent with the expectations that were set in the store at the time of the mistake. Bottom line is the interactions have cost me significantly more time than I'm willing to invest in something that should be a simple task . I think I'm going to have to find a more traditional corrugated box vendor and see if I can do better.

It is incredibly hard to find customer service that exceeds expectations nowadays. Maria and the other team members (didn't catch their names) made our DAY today. From the moment we walked in the door, the positive interaction, product knowledge and speed in which Maria worked was on full display. The parts we needed were in stock and the store was impeccably clean. As we left the store, it was evident that Maria valued customer relations by the way she greeted reoccurring customers by name! My family and business will most definitely be back!
