World Class Heating and Cooling installed a new unit less than a year now. The quality and professional attitude of Chris is exceptional. They kept telemarketing me. I had a very good experience with World Class air overall. I've been a Realtor for 20 years in Florida and I have scheduled them to do a $29 tune up at my family's property in Dunedin this Tuesday due to the excellent service I experienced. By the way, $1,000 for an A/C system is an amazing price, it can't be the whole system in response to the woman who made a really strange claim against them. Replacing duct work alone can cost near that in my experience and the components are several $1,000s of dollars so it is obvious to anyone who has gotten quotes on Central Air that they didn't "take" advantage of anyone. I do wish the owner had started out with that and not all these details of phone calls they made. I am helping a friend of a friend and when a buyer claiming to be an experienced investor claimed a system they installed wasn't working well they came out and checked it out and did it's annual tune up - it still has 3 years left on the warranty. When the investor next claimed there was no attic access so he couldn't see the duct work, their guy came back the next day climbed into the attic and took pictures to satisfy the investor in early September. Their manager Sheila and Robert were very helpful with all our calls and questions. The buyer's Realtor even agreed that was the case when I cc:ed her my email thanking them for their very timely service and calls. I'm not a customer yet but I hope to be one on Tuesday. I hope everyone is staying cool, calm and collected and enjoying living near our World Class Beaches.

At the end of December, 2018, World Class installed a new central air unit at my house. Prior to that, they did a maintenance check to the tune of $1875.00. A couple months later, another tech came by and said we needed a new unit. We've had nothing but problems with the "new unit," with multiple repairs/replacement parts each year since. To date, we have over 15k into this worthless, costly unit, and are staring at another new unit to replace this disaster. We were accused of wanting "something for nothing," when in fact, it was World Class that shafted us. We took action with the BBB to no avail, and we have tons of documentation to back up what I'm saying. I believe we should be reimbursed for a useless unit that we can ill-afford to replace very few years! The next step is to involve consumer affairs unless World Class is willing to meet us half way. BUYER BEWARE. The owner doesn't honor his word, and is very argumentative when confronted with issues with his product. This is FACT, not defamation, and we can prove it. We won't take any further action if some kind of restitution is paid. Please respond, Tom...this isn't going away!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF Company!!! They prey on older folks!!!! They quote thousands for a repair on a three year old unit and suggested replacement when it only needed a capacitor.... easy and cheap fix! The A-hole Jim is a conman and they and him ripped us off royaly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me never trust them!!!!!

WORLDCLASS CROOCKS & HUSTLERS. My landlord called this company to come fix our AC. The techinician by the name of Chris showed up, went outside to the ventilation, disconnected the brown wire, then went to the AC plate on the wall and disconnected the blue wire then proceeded to tell me that we need a whole new AC unit which will cost around 6500$. These guys are CROOCKS. We called Mercury Heating & Air Inc, their technician came in, noticed the disconnected wires, did some troubleshooting, and bam, AC blowing cold air feeling like i'm an Eskimo in the North Atlantic Ocean. Do yourself a favor,DO NOT USE THESE CROOCKS.
