Coby WAS Wonderful, kind and professional, quickly came to the rescue on a Saturday we were very alarmed the upstairs bathroom pipe broke behind a wall flooding the downstairs. Able to calmly diagnose and repair the problem with minimal of fuss and mess. And cost was better than what I had feared. Definitely highly recommended.
Joe, the technician, came by at the appointed time, to perform an annual checkout of our 3 year old Air Conditioner and Furnace. He was pleasant and courteous, and explained features of the AC unit to me.
Joe our technician was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional. Cleaned our system and got us up and running quickly. Alex our sales rep was also with Joe. Alex was just as fabulous as Joe. Took care of our needs and was very knowledgeable regarding our needs. I am highly recommend Fast!
I manage a portfolio of 20+ retail stores and this one FL location had persistent HVAC issues since opening. Brayne T. has been an outstanding professional keeping myself and the head office informed with the repairs needed with recommendations. Absolute worst customer experience of all time- run FAST away from this company. Between dispatch and customer service this company is untruthful and will tell you anything to make you happy and think you are being taken care of. They knowingly left an elderly woman without air conditioning for 3 days and pretended to feel bad- but they sure were happy to put in a new AC unit. Never again and others need to know.
Herman Chunn was courteous, knowledgeable and customer focused. He definitely is well deserving of a lunch in his honor. Hard working and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you for your service .
Brayne (sp?) and Vinny were fabulous. Professional, respectful, considerate and efficient. Unfortunately, my landlord chose to not use them to install new system. They are top notch without a doubt, though, in my eyes. I replaced a system in Colorado in 2017 and it cost $6k. Estimate from Brayne and Vinny was $10k, and in today's day and age and costs of everything else being so high, I think $10k was a mighty fine price.
Roberto and his trainee Chris were very professional. Excellent communication during the visit.Very thorough while completing service tasks.
Alexander and this two trainees arrived earlier than promised. They were very professional and repaired my toilets in no time. I would highly recommend them.
We had Dan come by only a day after scheduling them to come in. We scheduled for 8-11AM and Dan came at 9:30AM. He was quick to help us with what we needed and showed us our options. Dan was very nice and courteous. The entire appointment took 20 min and cost $49.
Scott and Kobe were great. They did a super job, explained everything and answered all our questions. Beautiful clean work ......All the while being wonderfully sweet.
A. Alvarez deserves the free lunch. He was professional and knowledgeable. However, although Alex, who came out originally, was knowledgeable, he was not very good at keeping the timeframe he had given me. Seemed like I had to chase down the times. Had to call the office several times to get a straight story.

Harvey called to tell us when he would arrive. He arrived on time and performed all the steps needed to solve the issue. He was polite, friendly and well versed with the AC machine and the issues and solutions to have the AC in excellent working condition. He performed everything admirably and was precise and came up with multiple solutions to problems we didn’t know existed till he found it. He come up with the appropriate solutions. Excellent job!
Company is responsive and reputable. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Spencer did a capable and thorough job and we would use him again anytime. Recommended.
The cost to install ceiling fans was more than expected so we passed on that. Tech was unable to install kitchen ceiling light due to issue with semi flush light so that was disappointing. But he DID resolve the issue with our brand new non working oven by replacing the Plug/Socket so that is great. He was a very nice and knowledgeable guy.
Michael Gregorio, our technician, was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I plan to call Fast of Florida and Michael for our future plumbing needs.
Hunter did an exceptional job from start to finish. He was very professional and personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home when he was finished, he took me through everything and explained everything clearly. He was on time and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely. Recommend him!
FAST of Florida did a great job giving me a hand with some electrical work that was out of my scope. Asiel Alvarez was our technician. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable with what needed to be done. The service was done quickly and efficiently. I know who to call when I'm in a pinch again.
