Just had my new system installed and the whole experience was quick and painless. Brandon and Angelo did a first class job and left everything neat and tidy. I always try and hire a local company to help support my community businesses.
We would highly recommend Climate Design and will continue to use them in the future all services. They went above and beyond; hardworking, thorough and conscientious.
From the estimate to the install, I was extremely pleased. Brandon was very professional, wasn’t pushy for a sale, was up front about the equipment, and even followed up after while I was getting other quotes. Install day came and they were right on time and finished mid afternoon. Two very professional and polite installers also! The only company to do a load management calc on my house and they beat the other quotes by several thousand dollars. Didn’t say I needed the latest and greatest equipment just to charge more like others did and had more INTEGRITY than other companies that claim they do. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Climate Design!
Angelo was my technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and educated me on caring for my system between scheduled visits. I already recommended your company to a neighbor and she was equally impressed. Thank you!
My previous five star review of Climate Design was for the HVAC department. ( They have serviced my personal home and businesses for many years now and have been outstanding and always there when we needed them! Special shout out to Scott who always went the mile for us and did the impossible with some very old and complicated commercial equipment, to Kane who services our home and to Mitch and his whole team. Very grateful to you!) Today I had the pleasure of working with Gordon from the plumbing department. Very impressed with his knowledge and can do attitude. So glad he is working at Climate Design - I finally have a great plumber I can rely on.
My central A/C unit was failing. The company that gave me an estimate 1 yr ago did not return my call. Climate Design came out, gave me a price right away and set up installation. Jake was great. Two days later Sheldon & Chad did the on-time install. They kept my place clean with drop cloths; were very pleasant; had worked in their field for 10-30 years; were done by 3PM. My home has been as cool as I want it since. Great Job! The office confirmed and coordinated everything for me. They answer their own phones!
Gordon installed a second bathtub in my grooming shop and I am not disappointed! Have had work done at my grooming shop and home by these folks a few times and they are great!
We had another great service call from John today. He is always so helpful and eager to answer any of our questions and address any concerns. We have been getting consistently outstanding service from John and it's a pleasure dealing with him.
Rory Smith was extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the AC unit. Explained everything to us in detail!

In a day and age where everyone seems "out to get you"...I found Climate Design to be a breath of fresh air. From the sales contact (Jake) to the installers (Matt and Chad), all the way down to the office calls (Sue) we had a very positive experience with this company. My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the professionalism, sensitivity and kindness when we dealt (deal) with Climate Design. I found them to be comparable cost wise. You get what you pay for, 100% and it is confirmed with this experience. Jake was pleasant and took extra time he didn't have to, to answer all of our questions at the beginning. We never felt rushed. Matt was here on the day of installation and made sure I knew every step of the way what was happening. He was extremely professional and kind. Chad was very focused during installation but made me feel confidence in my new system with his conversation at the end. Sue has answered both my wife's questions as well as my repeated questions with ease and kindness, something that to this household is pure gold. I would chose them again in a heartbeat. In an area where you need AC to survive really, you should consider this company a very safe, professional choice. Thank you for your continued service(we also purchased a service agreement.) We discovered Climate Design through my mother in law, who is also a very happy customer.
It not easy being out of state when your your air conditioning unit goes out. Everyone made this difficult situation as easy as possible. The entire team had great communication, knowledge and professionalism throughout the installation process.
Kane was amazing. Came out and fixed our unit. He was kind and very informative will use again for sure
The service technician, Sean, was very professional and personable. He made sure that I understood everything he was doing and gave me good status updates on the equipment with good recommendations. If you need service, ask for Sean!
The technicians are very thorough, they come on time and they’re pleasant and informative. It’s probably worth it to get the contract that includes checks twice a year. 2021: Still a great company and Kane is great. 2023: Curt & Sean have provided great service recently, as well. A/C to be replaced soon. May, 2023: Excellent job by Brandon & Marcus installing a new A/C unit and air handler with thermostat. (An electrician was involved, as well, but I missed his name). Also, a crane was needed, all excellently arranged by Sue in sales (per our order with Jake). Brandon & Marcus gave us all kinds of information and worked so hard in really hot weather to bring us a cooler and humidity controlled home.
Frankie did an excellent job on the tune up of my 20 year old Trane unit. Replaced a couple of parts that were clearly failing and had everything on his truck to do the job. On time, too!!!
Hernan was the name of the technician,... he was absolutely marvelous and courteous. His work was professional and clean. Great job sir!
Herman came to give us our plumbing tune up. On time, very friendly & super efficient. Helped with the couple of issues we had. Excellent service.
I got a system from Climate Design 45 years ago. Best thing I ever did. I am a member of their service contract. I got home last night and my air was on 89. It was almost 6 o’clock. I left a message. It took me about 30 minutes to call me back but they did and the guy came out at 8:30 at night to double check with my air conditioning because it was not cooling. It had a little motor out or something technical he changed it out was done. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Talk about customer service
Great experience with Gordon resetting a toilet today! I Appreciated the communication of expected arrival and thorough work and clean up! Having AC and plumbing service plans w Climate Design makes things so easy!
