Had an issue with my home AC, called and spoke to Xiong. Reviews and reputation are true. Xiong was able to help me get my issue fixed over the phone! He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his directions step by step. I have never dealt with a company like this, I will NEVER use anyone else. I will always recommend Caliber Heating and Cooling.
Excellent job by Caliber A/C who did a great job of diagnosing the issue and repairing the problem. They came when they said they would and provided excellent service. This is the 2nd time we’ve used them.
Professional and respectful services given. Prompt and listen to the issue we had and help troubleshooted the issue. Got fix/ resolved and now we have AC! Thank you, happy with the results. Highly recommended maintenance and will return for future services.

Thank you so much! Xiong came out right away, and diagnosed my A/C quickly. He happened to have all the parts I needed and replaced them immediately, showing me the old parts and explaining why. The price was very fair. Very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend and call again.
My AC evap core sprung a leak and these fellas did a great job getting the warranty part I needed and repairing my system. I appreciate that they showed up when they said they would and had very competitve pricing. I highly recommend their service and will call on them whenever I need work on my system again. Very professional and friendly.
Look no further! I have used three other companies the past year, & this is by far the best! Xiong & his brother were here for three hours working to correct the issue I was having. They are courteous, professional, honest, & have the most fair and competitive pricing. They were actually happy to help, with no hidden fees or trying to sell me anything. My only regret is that I didn’t discover them sooner. These are your guys!
I loved the service provided by Caliber Heating and Cooling LLC. Very good pricing, great communication, extreme punctuality. In short words, service provided by this family run company is exemplary. Besides setting the timelines and expectations up front, they also provided education in terms of proper operations and maintenance to a technology curious guy as myself.

The owner Xiong is a lifesaver! I arrived back home after a long trip away to find my AC thermostat and unit completely shutoff. It was nearly 9pm at night on a Saturday, holiday weekend. Xiong was quick to call back and help guide me through some troubleshooting over the phone. Once we determined the problem was elsewhere, he rushed out to my place and immediately found the problem himself. He showed me what the problem was and informed me how the system is meant to work and what I could do to prevent any problems that may come up later. I’m super pleased with how nice, friendly, and informative he was. The rate also is probably the best in town (I called several others), especially for an emergency visit. You will not be disappointed by choosing this company, highly recommended!

AC was leaking water inside the house. They cleaned out the drain pipe, cleaned the coils, cleaned the unit outside and told me what to watch out for in the future. I signed up for the maintenance plan so they will be back out in 6 months to check everything out. May 25, 2023 They have not come back or called for the 6 month check up. I thought they would call to schedule an appointment. I am not having any problems but I will call them to find out what happened. I have already paid for the follow-up.

I am so happy I met Xiong! He went above and beyond all expectations. Extremely professional, unbelievable pricing, honest and thorough. I called him since a quote from another company was too high. There were some things that were unexpected, and he worked it out to be more than fair. Caliber will be my only company I will use from now on! The best experience I have EVER had with an HVAC company.

Had them replace ac, air handler, and duct work. Great price, great service. I'm super happy I went with them. I also work from home and they were able to replace everything quietly so it did not interfere with my work day. 10/10
Our AC capacitor went out on saturday late afternoon. We called multiple companies Sunday and they all wanted to schedule for next day (Monday). Its 84 degrees inside my house with 2 small children, that wasnt going to work. So we called Caliber and they were here within an hour of calling. Tang was super friendly and didnt upcharge anything for being on a Sunday where most companies charge an arm and a leg for being a weekend. My AC was up and running again within minutes of him arriving and my house was cooling off normally before he even left. I absolutely recommend this company!
