Absolutely the best in the in the industry! Needed a unit moved and Chris promptly scheduled an appointment, gave a very competitive price and had the guys out quickly to do an amazing job ! I've been a customer of Blair's Air Conditioning for about 20 years because they always exceed my expectations. This morning, I noticed my AC had stopped cooling. I called the emergency number and had a call back in less than 10 minutes. A tech was at my home within an hour. The problem was that my unit had sprung a coolant leak. I was just a week out of warranty. They did the repair and replaced the coolant at no charge. When you live in Florida with our ferocious July heat and humidity, you need quick, competent help if your AC stops working. They delivered that for me today. Thanks Blair's.
Installed 2 new AC on a new home they had to come out multiple times to get it to work properly… Fast forward 5 months they needed to come back this time repairing a leaky coolant line… The technician told me that it was installed wrong🤯….and now 6 months later my AC is making a loud noise….so I called and asked them to fix it and was giving a list of reasons why they can’t….. I asked what about my warranty and was told it’s with the manufacture reach out to them…..then was told to call a different company.🤷🏽♂️…. I see people leave great reviews maybe the company is under now leadership or something…
Terrible service. We had them install our new air conditioning and we pay yearly for maintenance repair. Got home from vacation last week and our air is out. They did the repair so we only had no air for 24 hours or so but I get home Friday, 4th of July weekend and my air is not working again. They specialize in Installing and fixing I think it’s Dyken air conditioners and don’t have parts to fix it. We have been put on the back burner with all the business we do with them? We will have No AiR for 5-6 days. That is unacceptable and I would not recommend them to anyone. Happy Fourth Blair’s glad you have your air conditioning running.Stop screwing your customers over. I hear the new owner is terrible who I guess took over 2 years ago from what we were told. The new owner is terrible and I hope you call me to talk about this. 5 days with NO AIR is unacceptable!!! Call me.
My AC unit wasn’t keeping to temperature, so I called Blair’s. The service technician found I needed a part replaced, and was able to locate and install the part promptly. The service technician was very knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I even saved 20% off of my part after joining their preferred customer service plan. I would highly recommend for all hvac needs!
Blair's Air is the must use in Tampa Bay. They showed up within 30 minutes of my initial call when my system broke and I was a new customer. They were able to get started installing a brand new system and duct work through my entire house within a few days. In an 1950s house it was not an easy task, the crew was very knowledgable, professional, and organized. Joe led the process and was fantastic to work with. Will never call anyone else for HVAC service!

My technician David was very helpful and informative. He showed me what he did and offered to change my filters for me. Very professional!
Joe worked after 5pm on a holiday weekend to identify an AC problem. In minutes, Joe found the fix and drove to another truck to get the needed part and had the AC up and running. He saved us from having to buy a new unit.

Blair's AC company did our install when we built our home 10 years ago and they have serviced our AC units ever since. They are always punctual, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend Blair's AC.
