Really great service! The dogs are friendly so don’t be frightened. Customer service was amazing 10/10. The owner (Mark) and his wife are both very efficient at explaining your needs.
Had a appointment made lady never call to tell me her address installer was running late when i called to see why no one showed up she said she called me to let me know he was coming at all i never received a call and she wanted to rebook me two days out. After i took a half day off work waste of my time and money when i took a half day off
I returned from being out of town for thanksgiving to a warm house, ac not working. Talked to Mark and Mark (father son) about my situation as my wife works at home and guests arriving. The same day they came out and inspected, assessed and came up with a solution. They then personally gave me options to replace. Within 48 hours working air again and a new unit. Mark is a very honest business owner and focused on integrity! He has earned my business and appreciate his teams hard work.

I had just recently purchased my first home and three months later my blower/fan was stuck on. I received several quotes from $1400 for the fan replacement and others stated I needed a whole new system costing upwards of $6000. After some more research and searching I had found the Air Conditioning Parts and Service Center. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from our first interaction. They had a solution that fixed my A/C for under $50. Better yet, they coached and guided me through the process of fixing it myself. Mark answered every one of my calls and probably spent over an hour on the phone assisting me into the late evening. By the end I had functional A/C and learned about my own system. I could not be more thankful for their help. They will have my business for life. A+ service, would recommend to absolutely everyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service and support is well above what would be expected. Was offered multiple options with each option explained in detail and was given full support throughout the repair process. Would recommend them to anyone looking for hvac service or parts.

THESE are the people you want to go to! They sell parts to the public & will even walk you through the proper way to change out your part if you want to. They will also do it for you if it's too much for your comfort level.
Mark Pugliano was our AC tech and he responded quickly during an after hours call from us. He stayed for over an hour to do a diagnostics on our unit on a Sunday, late at night, and then sent someone out to repair it to e following day. Mark was courteous and kind; I would recommend him highly. - Matt

Best AC place I ever worked for
My experience with this company was incredibly delightful. Mark was beyond helpful providing me exactly what I needed to fix my broken blower motor and giving me multiple pointers on how to do the installation. It's so uncommon to meet people willing to share their knowledge with customers. I will go out of my way to work with this company again.
Super nice and friendly people. Family owned business and was willing to completely go out of their way to help. Owner is also very knowledgeable on A/C components and repairs if you're a DIYer. Can't say enough good things about them. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone.
