The AC tech that was sent out, Brian Turner, was very professional. He made us feel confident about using this company and that everything would be handled and done properly. We are very excited about getting our new AC unit. Brian was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had.

Great immediate service. We had the AC run out today and they immediately send Scott, end of day, who stayed working on fixing the AC for over 2 hours until it got resolved.

Excellent service from this company, We had Airconditioner failure in 96 degrees and needed new system. They were here in one day to do the work , and Shelly was great with following up on our satisfaction with the team.. great company!!
Willie, Ben and Keith are really hardworking and very professional. They are also friendly and polite. They are keepers. I already sent a review for Benjamin but I want to be sure you have it. Ben is a great guy. Very polite and professional. A real joy to talk to and a hard worker. I also want to review Willie M. He is a very polite and professional young man too. He did a great job for me. He made sure I was aware of everything that was done and that I knew what to do if I have questions. He’s a hard worker and always has a smile, even when it was so hot in my attic space . Great job from these two young men.

I was misinformed charged lied to about the schedule. I would not recommend this company. The company did not tell me when the part I needed would be available and refused to comply with the terms of my extended warranty including refusing to advise me that the part wouldn’t be available for multiple days and putting me up in a hotel room. Don’t use them they don’t have any decent customer service

Dylan was very very nice!! And very mannerly. He was also very good at explaining everything. And spent quite a bit of time doing the maintenance. He was just terrific!! I would recommend this company to everyone, oh did I mentioned they are so reasonable for the service they deliver!
