We have been using Ability Air for 10 years. John and his son are professional, punctual, and honest. John has always recommended services that are/were required. No up sells. No hidden or unforeseen fees. John kept our 17 year old AC unit running each year since 2010. We just finally purchased a new AC unit and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Ability Air.

This is the most reputable company. One company I called said I need a whole new system. John fixed the leak and added freon. I’ve needed service and even had my a/c repair over a weekend. (I own a duplex and my daughter lives next door to me, thus 2 units) This company is real! On time when they say they’ll be there, If parts needed, on their truck and very honest prices.
The professionalism, impeccable work ethic, oustanding customer service, genuine concern for my best interest , as a customer, is above and beyond words. I had a most difficult job, yet John and Jacob were determined to see that my issue get resolved, brought in the neccessary eqipment , and ensured me that I would have optimal performance from my A/C. From start to finish, I had peace of mind !! A wonderful experience !!!
Each time I’ve called this company they have been accommodating and quick to respond to my needs in spite of their busy schedule. They have that extra care factor that tends to lack with other companies. It’s a breeze working with them because they are so accommodating and good at their profession. Very fair and honest company. I highly recommend him! I just used John again on 5/24/2022 and I cannot say enough great things about him. He won't sell you a new AC unit just to make money. He will treat you right!!

Absolutely the best! John has helped me through a number of problems with a sloppy install by a previous company and he always makes time even when he's got a full schedule! I'd highly recommend him for any work you need done.
Ability Air are the best AC company I have delt with in my 45 years of owning homes. John the owner and his son are two of the hardest workers I have met . Had whole house AC replaced in less than a day. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our home. If you want the best and reasonably priced AC guys please give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Great service honest business
John and his team are awesome! He has come out three times now to fix and maintain our AC units. Always A++ service. Always on time. Quick service. Honest. Don't even bother looking for another AC technician. This is your guy!
My girlfriend called John because we needed a new AC. He was our first and final call when we were looking. Now I know that you should never settle with your first choice but we have had a few other companies out before to perform service on our old unit and it was always a thorn in the side when dealing with them and their "company policies". We live right up the road from him and have been driving by for years before we decided to call him. John was out immediately, let us know what we needed and had the unit ordered and installed within a week. We had a little issue post the installation with the water pump making a noise that just did not sound right and we called him. Although it did not have to do with his installation, he was there and fixed it immediately. I really appreciate wonderful, personal professionals these days and cannot say enough about this guys integrity. Keep up the great work and thank you!

AC went out was told the replacement part would be in on Monday. They came on Friday ahead of schedule! That's delivering most than promised!! Great company!

The care and customer service at Ability Air has been nothing short of spectacular. We have needed their services a couple of times over the summer and naturally the AC breaks down after business hours on Friday. The first time it was late on the night before the 4th of July, so we were faced with no AC and not even being able to place a service call for 4 very hot days. I called and left a desparate message the day before the holiday at 8pm, expecting the horrible possibility that no one would even hear my message until after the long holiday weekend. But my call was returned at 9am the very next day, the 4th of July, and John himself personally came out and fixed our AC!! We had another issue recently where the AC stopped working on Friday after business hours. My call was returned early the next morning, Saturday, and John arranged to have someone to my house within 30 minutes!! He was personally out of town at the time and still made the arrangements necessary for us to get help practically instantly. We are very, very, very happy customers and would never go anywhere else for our AC needs.
