Horrible customer service. I have paid for a service and cannot get a manager to call me back. The sales manager came out , told me one thing, but wrote down another to the tech, he finally shows up and does the bare minimum. He left the job unfinished.I have left messages for the original sales manager Matt O to return my call, to date no call. I have left him messages for a week now. I will never use this outfit again!!!!! You shouldn't either.

We had a plumbing issue, and so we ended up having to replace our toilet. Our technician was Mihail Osipov aka Mischa and he was THE BEST. He explained things to us, took his time and ended up helping us solve future problems we didn't even know we had. He never once tried to just sell us things or get us to spend money on frivolous stuff. If everyone worked as hard as Mischa the world would be a better place. 100/10 stars strictly based on the hard work and customer service of this man.
I’m not sure what’s going on with ABC. Tyler showed up, I showed him the direct problem and he stare rambling about and entire problem. The toilet was running. About 4 years ago, I had ABC take care of it because it was a simple small Job. Tyler started off with 1482, 2400, 3500. I’m looking at these prices and just said leave my house. I’m so disappointed in this company especially their technician Tyler with the long Beard and glasses
Called several times this morning, difficult to get a live person the first lady was super rude to me and I almost just called another company, I will give them a chance because Michelle helped me out and apologized for the other person's unprofessional and rude attitude. The first phone rep made this review 1 star, Michelle brought it up one more, we will see when they arrive if I will update and give more stars
We are part of ABC's membership which includes routine checkups today is the day we're rescheduling for the third time because the tecks don't show up. When I brought this to the attention of I-lay or ailai- not sure how she spells it. I was rudely talked over and told that they need to make priority for customers calling in that have emergencies instead of showing up at their appointments made weeks in advance. I'm a caregiver who has to be here for people to come in and the gentleman I've worked for will have to hire me a third time. We've had complete systems installed by this company less than a year ago yet they don't want to show up for their scheduled membership. Please be advised if you're a member you have the lowest priority and the new callers have priority over you That's what I was told by I lay when I asked for her to see if she can please send a qualified tech that will show up on time since this is the third time. I lay must have zero customer service experience because of this experience I am no longer recommending ABC which I was before with several of the managers cards and sending them out to people that needed rehab on their houses because I work for an insurance company where this happens a lot. You have lost well over a hundred referrals local in the area and if anyone asks me about your business I'm going to have to tell them the honest truth that yor phone service personnel deliberately hang up and refuse to answer the phone even with a cordial person.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. My wife's grandma lives with her mother because she has dementia. She clogged the toilet, so my wife went over there to handle the situation while her mother was at work. This company came to the house, while only my wife and her grandma were there. The guy took 2 minutes to snake the toilet and charged her grandma $452!!! Don't use this company!!! They take advantage of people.

I appreciated Matt's balance of education with a friendly approach. He spoke in terms I'd understand and made sure I was comfortable with all the options to set my systems up for success moving forward.
They charged me $1300 to fix my AC once they left, It was not working. I've been sitting in 90 degrees temp here all day waiting for them to come back 9 hours weather in Florida. I'm never using this company again. The techs came back at 5:30 pm. The original tech had attitude. I'm Cuban and he's lucky I had my son in law there. It seems a different capacitor had now gone bad. Can you imagine. I think Morgan and Morgan might find this interesting.
Company comes out for a semi annual checkup. Tech recommended that I needed a UV light & capacitor. Purchased them both but UV light was not connected. Have not been able to get a return call to remedy the issue. * Update* When I called about UV light not working, I was told that "Connie"was handling issue. Never heard from her. Called two days later & told the same story. My father was able to get a return call several times from ABC. Then I got a call back. Next time I hire anyone I will check the Better Business Bureau (BBB) first. Several complaints/
Brian Moreta was our technician. He was awesome. He answered all of my questions, offered great service, and left me with a good as new ac.
When a PVC pipe broke and caused water to pour into the backyard, ABC was one of the first calls I made. They had sent out a great Plumbing Technician, Mihail O. Mihail spent late into the evening working diligently to repair this for us and ultimately repaired the line despite the late evening, restoring water to our home. He is a real life saver and a great asset to ABC.
These guys worked all day in the rain. Thank you for your dedication despite the rainy day. They are professional and so clean. I will sleep tonight comfortably. Thank you.
Today a had my A/C unit serviced for the first time with ABC Air. The Technician name was Brian. He was very courteous and took care of my unit. He explained everything very well. Will recommend to others. Thank you for Brian.
Tyler did a wonderful job of removing and replacing the Hose Bibb. He was very professional and efficient. He explained all the details very well and was receptive to questions and comments.
Jesse was incredible. Very knowledgeable and professional. Their monthly membership program put us at ease knowing we dont have to pay for each service call and when an issue arrises they are always on call to come out in emergencies. Willing to try and work around our budget and offer military discounts as well. Highly recommend.
Juan was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Good quick diagnosis and correction of problem. I will be asking for him for my next visit. Nice job Juan.
Called them to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. They tried to upsell me on services on the phone before they showed up which i declined. When they showed up they tried to upsell us more. They quoted 1200 for kitchen sink fix and 6700 for random other projects we didn't call about. Ended up hiring another company who fixed everything for 400. Do not use this company.
