Have a conercial unit. Every time I contact Tim he makes it a point to get to us ASAP understanding that no AC at our business affects our bottom line. Always polite and thorough. Very competively priced.
They responded immediately and got my in that morning I called! That's super fast service. They diagnosed the problem, informed me of it and the price. They had the part on hand and was fixed within the hour of arriving. I will definitely use them again!!!
Very quick response on a SATURDAY. Staff was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. This was a weekend service and the cost was fair and reasonable. I will call them again!!
He return the call first thing in the morning and came and right away. He found the problem and fixed my unit. Unit was up and running immediately. I'm very happy with him and the service he provided.
Was very thorough with fixing my unit from hell installed by a different a/c company. Clearly explained what the issues were and game plan to solve. Invoice was detailed with pictures and descriptions of all work completed.

If I were able to give them more than 5 stars..I would !! T&W air is #1....I had to have a new unit put in....it was a difficult install....Tee and his crew did a wonderful job...professional reasonable knowledgeable friendly prompt..I could go on and on.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...It is relieving to me I do not have to search for an air conditioning company again......T&W is it !! Can't thank you all enough !! I am so so satisfied with my service I received yesterday! Very professional on time and one thing I def appreciated is how is how quick the response was and how quickly they completed the job .. Can't believe how affordable they are as well I was quoted over $1,000 for this job n let me tell you it was less then half! Def will refer this company!!!! Best AC COMPANY out there!!!!!!
