I had an exceptional experience with Good Neighbor air condition service. When I called for emergency service on a Saturday (afternoon, no less), they promptly answered with a real human who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and efficient - no endless hold music or robot answering. They were able to dispatch someone within the hour, and they were actually early! They quickly identified and fixed the problem with the AC unit, going above and beyond by cleaning the ducts and filters and checking everything else out to ensure all was well. This service call was for my elderly grandparents who can be impatient, but Brandon and Ethan were understanding, patient, and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend Good Neighbor air condition service to everyone without any hesitation. They also have an incredible efficient and remarkable email service and I received all receipts and documents fast and easy to document. They deserve a solid 5 stars and beyond. Thank you so much.
Installers Dan, Brandon, and Angel were extremely professional when installing my new AC Unit. They were careful to protect my house from damage and went above and beyond to make sure my new unit was installed properly and able to operate with good airflow for max efficiency. I would recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and friendly service.
Good Neighbors A/C did a WONDERFUL JOB, they were FABULOUS to work with, to replace and reroute my ac piping. A condo neighbor referred me to Good Neighbors. Our ac piping runs under the building slab and several condos had already replaced their piping because of leaks. The new piping is usually rerouted up the outside at the end of the building, thru the attic crawlspace, then down thru upper level furnace rooms into first floor furnace rooms for first floor condos. I have a first floor condo that is not typical, because there is no furnace room or access to the above attic crawlspace. Good Neighbors A/C ran the new piping and control wiring in a trench around the building, up the wall; then thru my outside concrete bedroom wall, inside concrete living room wall and furnace room wall. While coring thru the concrete walls they ran into a rebar problem and had to go get special equipment and tooling to cut thru the rebar. They had a five person crew, and sometime a sixth, from their prompt 9 am start time. When they ran into the rebar problems, I asked them how long they might be there. Brandon and Anthony told me the crew would be there until the job was finished........ and they were. The new piping was run and installed tight to the ceiling & wall (so my carpenter could hide it with crown molding), the a/c system was tested, charged, performance checked to make sure everything was working perfect, everything nicely cleaned up, and the job reviewed with me for my satisfaction, before the crew left after 6 pm. Good Neighbors Air Conditioning were very professional, knowledgeable, competent, efficient and very good problem solvers. They charged a fair price for a very difficult job. I could not have been more pleased.
This company was awesome, they came in the morning around 9:45am and were done by 4pm, they had to go up in the attic because thats where it is in my condo, the 3 guys were very nice and very professional , and they were very neat, they clean as they go and never had any mess at anytime, answered all my questions and were happy to do so, not like other companies where the workers have a attitude, I have a beautiful unit now and am very glad I used Good neighbors to do the work. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for repairs or a new unit, these guys are the best.
So awesome ! Came out the next day to check out the situation, where there just a couple days later to install our new AC unit and ducts. Brandon was great at communicating the whole time, quote was given to us in a couple hours. The crew was hard working and very friendly. Very honest work. Had a great experience . Don’t look further.

My main AC unit was about 10 years old and was diagnosed with a leaking evaporator coil by another service provider. I called GoodNeighbors for a second quote and they were super responsive and were available to replace the part the next day. The owner Brandon took the time to leak check the entire system and also found a leak in the condenser coil. He recommended I consider a total replacement of the system given the age and likely additional repair costs. He pointed out that the current unit was not well installed including a low pitch on the condensate drain line which had been clogging and causing system shutdowns. I decided to go with the system replacement and Brandon and his team did 5 star work, on time and with excellent communication of the whole process. He found when dismantling the old system that the return air duct was poorly routed and had to do extra work to correct this at no additional charge. We've noticed a significant improvement in the system performance and I would recommend them if you are looking for service, repair, or replacement of HVAC equipment.

If I could give this company more stars I would. I have been in Naples 19 years and have never had a better experience with a Air conditioner company. Their tech Andrew not only was on time but early, he was very knowledgeable, kind and did not pressure me in anyway. Check your mail box for a special they are running on tune up ($60) for your air conditioner and see for yourself how wonderful they are. I will call them again for any of my a/c needs. If you are still not sure check their other reviews all 5 stars
I woke up to a hot house in the summer time. I normally know the basic tips and tricks to repair my A/C but this was beyond my knowledge. I called several places an no one could come out in a timely manner. I called a friend who works in construction and he said the best people to call was Good Neighbor, boy was he right. They had someone here within the hour. The diagnosed the problems and explained all of the options with clear pricing. Ultimately, we deiced to go replace the entire system. This was definitely not an upsell, they did not push for me to go this route. I felt it needed to be done. I even went up 1/2 a ton. The new unit wouldn't arrive until the next day but they let me borrow and installed a window unit in the master bedroom, for free, so we could at least sleep comfortably. The next day they arrived on time, they worked clean, efficiently, and quietly. When they were done they walked me through the system. Good neighbor even called a week later to check on everything. Good Neighbor went above and beyond, they are all very courteous and professional. 110% I will use them again.

Absolutely outstanding service!!! Brandon and his crew arrived early, were courteous and friendly and very professional... they quickly and efficiently serviced my unit and explained what the problem was. They also advised me of a potential future problem in very simple terms... Their charge was more than fair considering the work done, and I plan on using them in future! I would highly recommend them!
After having issues with two other AC companies, we found Good Neighbors online. We are so glad we did. Brandon and Trip came out the same day within just a couple of hours of us calling. They were honest, knowledgeable and professional. We just found our new AC company.
Incredible! is the only way I can describe this company and all who work there. My story starts on February 25th 2021. I was going to replace my air conditioning only to find out there were bigger problems. I used a portable air conditioning unit that moved around the house with me during my overwhelming situation. Good Neighbors was recommended by my floor man. Finally in July, yes 5months later, I was able to install the air conditioner so I called and spoke with Dan. Dan has wonderful people skills with many years experience and was all too eager to help. On the 27th they arrived and began work immediately. I saw that they were trying to find the best way to install this very unique sized air conditioner. They also informed me of several minor things that needed approval and once approved they began. In the afternoon I walked out of my room looked over to the space that had been empty for 5 months and I saw this beautiful silver air conditioner had been installed. I began to cry overwhelmed with joy & all the feelings that I had been having along the way, these poor guys were worried that something went wrong. I assured them that it was me releasing the joy and everything attached to it. Very grateful for all they did. Thankful that I called Good Neighbors to do the work. This company and all the employees will exceed your expectations.They did my AC in one day and it's wonderful! God is good!
We are so happy we chose this company! After getting other quotes, theirs was significantly less. They worked quickly and efficiently. All the employees were friendly and informative, keeping us updated on progress and answering all our questions. Now we are nice and cool!
INCREDIBLE JOB! This company did an amazing job installing new ducts and vents in our home, as well as fixing all of the bad wiring in our a/c unit. They were able to successfully correct all of the issues that were done wrong by another company. Best quality service, professionalism and value. Very happy I saw their van!
