We had them come out for a small problem, while here the unit was hit by lightning. The technician (Chris) was amazing!!!! He helped deal with the insurance company, he worked tirelessly to get the part in a day, after the parts people said 4 to 5 weeks, it really felt like they were on our side helping, and fighting for us to get our air back. Chris was amazing but the owner also called while this was going on a check on us regularly. Great company!!!!!!
5/2021. I called at 7 pm and about an hour later Dan was at my house. Service was professional and he went out of his way telling me how I could save money on this call and future services. I highly recommend! 5/25/3023 Great service. Had my new unit installed today. They cleaned up afterwards and my wife complemented on what a great job they did and how friendly they they were.
We have always used P&P Heating & Cooling for our HVAC for our old system and when it finally went out they were the ones we called for a new unit and they came out quickly to get us pricing and once we decided on the unit they installed the same day. All the staff are always very professional, prompt and friendly and make sure we are satisfied with their service before they leave. They even clean up after themselves which I really appreciate. I would recommend P&P Heating & Cooling to anyone needing maintenance, service or a new install they are the best!
Let me just start by saying JALEB my tech, was an absolute delight. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and knew within 15 minutes exactly what was wrong. I would recommend Jaleb and P&P heating and cooling to everyone needing anything HVAC!
I am fairly new to Bonifay and was looking for an AC company to have a yearly relationship with. After searching P&P's website and reading all the reviews I decide to call them. The lady at the office Mycha was very polite and professional. She had a technician named Jaleb come to my house about a half an hour after I called. This young man was polite, informative, personable and very thorough as he cleaned my in and outside unit. He also showed me the amperage on my old capacitor versus the new capacitor while explaining to me what it does and how much more efficient my system will work. Without making this too long I just want to say I would absolutely 100% recommend this company and the people that work with them.
These guys are great Caleb,Tony and Jake and including Junior do very good work and are very knowledgeable and courteous all the staff are good and very reasonably priced and they back up there work and stand behind it,, so thanks again for everything you've done for me and my family when it comes to our air conditioning and heating needs ,,, Tommy Nix
These guys are amazing! They are very knowledgeable about the products and services. Always there when you need them especially when you come back from vacation and find your unit quit working.
My thermostat went out, and these guys came out like 1 hour after I called them installed my new thermostat re-wired some stuff and had it back up and running in no time. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future issues.
I don't like the company because their office staff are very unprofessional.

Great experience all around. From phone call (Carrie) to service repairs (Jaleb) everything about the services provided were top notch. It’s such a nice feeling knowing there are still companies that do what they say in a very timely manner and reasonable rate. Definitely recommend their service.
When you call P & P the phone is answered by a very kind HUMAN (Hi Carrie!)...not an annoying electronic phone system. P&P did an amazing job of installing my new Carrier system about a year and a half ago. Today, Bo was here doing the routine cleaning and maintenance. What a polite and knowledgeable young man. I'm so glad I went with Dan and the crew at P & P for all my heating and cooling needs!
I got the Infiniti system & it is beyond amazing. I set the system to cool only during the summer & because of how the system works I wake up to the house being a few degrees cooler than what I set!!! It's 80+ outside but I get better than what I requested. The magic continues with my utility bill. It was very noticeable immediately. I pay less & get more!!!!!

This is only my second time needing your services but you have earned a customer for life. I called after hours and I can’t say enough about Jaleb, he was so polite ( very rare these days) and very prompt! He returned my call right away, called me on his way here to give me update on his arrival time. Checked my AC and diagnosed the issue immediately and let me know exactly what was needed and the cost. He had my system up and running in no time at all. I would hire this young man in a heartbeat for any business I had. Thank you again!
Fast and efficient. I called on a hot day that my unit was broke. It was 22 years old. And they had me a new unit installed the next day.

My wife and I have so many positive comments about this company. We had a 20 year old system that needed to be replaced. We called three different companies. All three came out, two of them looked at the out side and said they could replace the unit. Dan form P&P Heating & Cooling was the only individual that looked at everything inside and out. He noticed some serious deficiencies with our air flow and recommend what needed to be done. P&P was the only company that gave a quote the very next day the other two we never heard from again. Once the quote was accepted their scheduler called my wife and set up a good time for us and called the day before, my wife says she was very nice and professional (sorry I don't have her name). Junior, Wess, And Brandon were the crew that put in the unit and extensive duct work that needed to be done. We cannot say enough good things about them so Thank you very much is the best we can do. Now that the new system is in place we now get air flow in the house that we never had for the past twenty years. Our daughter thanks you for now having air to her bedroom. From start to finish we could not be more satisfied with P & P Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks all very much. Also the new Carrier unit is GREAT!!!!!
Very nice, professional & responsive from the secretary to the tech specialist!! I called them and they were out to look at my air conditioner in about an hours time and Chris had the issue fixed quickly! We are very pleased with the service and will definitely be recommending to others!! Thank you all!
