High quality of work and fast. Another company tried to fix my heater for two weeks and they couldn’t. Called Western and Conner was able to diagnose and fix it in 30 minutes. Will have them on speed dial from now on. 5 stars all the way.
Over the years, Reagan has been servicing my units. He is very methodical in how he quickly troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves any issues, while sharing every detail to me along the way to help me understand. Not only is he a professional, he’s just an all round good guy, and I’ve enjoyed our conversations.
It's just a dispatcher at home who knows little about HVAC. She calls the next wildcatter on the list. They may or may not know much. If they even show up. See the picture of their "establishment" ? That's completely fake. It's the delivery door for a restaurant. There is no A/C shop anywhere. I asked around. Nothing.

Really happy with Easy Heating And Cooling customer service. I switched because I was unhappy with our previous HVAC service because of how rude they were. The tech was awesome! He was very nice and explained everything to us. Would highly recommend.
