Brandon is very professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My unit was installed by another AC company and I had nothing but problems with it. He came over to look at it as a second opinion and won my business. He told me how to move forward to get results on the install problems and followed up a few times to make sure it was being taken care of. He was willing to do the work but my install was warrantied for a year and he said to try and get them to do it first. I appreciate the help and honesty. Highly recommend Brandon.
I called for my elderly parents when there heat quit working. Brandon was punctual , professional, and had the job completed quickly. He even sent me a text and called later to make me aware of what he did. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Brandon.

After calling numerous companies on a Saturday, Best Air commented on a post I made on Facebook asking me to private message them, they sent Brandon's number and asked me to call.he arrived within the hour and was able to get us up and running in no time! His prices are phenomenal and he was very professional. We highly recommend using Best Air LLC.
I called Mr. Brandon this morning he showed up on time. He got my AC back to cooling my house down in no time. Then he called back to make sure he completed his job. The best hands down.

Brandon with Best Air didn't miss a beat. He answered my call after hours first attempt and was on his way to our rescue. He was prompt and on time. Our part needed to be ordered and he had our AC up and going the very next day as promised. He not only answered our call and showed up right away but stayed in contact with us until we were up and running. Best Air is not over priced like some of the competitors and has the BEST service during and after hours! Totally recommend Best Air without hesitancy!

Brandon took care of us on a Saturday to get our AC running again. He was actually on vacation over 2 hours away with his family and still took care of us without hesitating. Brandon was so helpful and came on a Saturday to help us. After we had another A/C company that miss diagnosed the problem and cost us valuable money, Brandon nailed down the problem right away and had us up and running within 15 minutes. Amazing!!!! Thank you Brandon!
He Found the issue when nobody else could and not only told me but showed me the issue first hand and explained it so that I was 100% confident in him. Wouldn't trust anyone else after this.
Having issues with my home staying heated and electric bill high. Brandon repaired the duct work, serviced the unit and works wonderful!
