Carlos is a criminal. He took our money, lied, never paid for the units, and never submitted our warrenty info. They broke after a few months. Now his business is closed and his phone is disconnected. I hope he's enjoying my $10,000. Sure wish I had some air conditioning!

The Best in South Florida Mini Split sales and Service!! I called this business claiming they sold me a 36000 BTU unit that wasn't working correctly, turns out someone else used their business name and sold me the unit. However this did not limited Carlos to provided free service to me. Long story short I ended replacing the units for a new one, Carlos not only got me a new Daikin unit delivery to my door within one hour (incredible!). Moreover, his guys as he call them show up in no time to install the unit. The technicians are well equipped and work flawless they are extremely professional and nice people. Can't recommend this company enough if you need a mini split this is it! Thank you Carlos!!
These guys are the best in the game when it comes to splits and cassette 4 way blowers. Carlos is really nice and professional. We had an emergency and they were there instantly to fix the situation. This was a restaurant and Carlos understood how important it is to keep our guests cool in the summer. The install was really professional , quick and clean. Fair price too. I can’t say enough nice stuff about these guys and look forward to using them again and again
DO NOT let this guys google reviews fool you. Carlos (the owner) is my neighbor at the time of writing this review, so I can only imagine how he treats other clients if he will treat his own neighbor in such a manner. After misleading me and installing my mini split unit without a permit, he refused to take on the permit process after I received a violation from the town of Bay Harbor. He gave me excuse after excuse (come to find out he is not licensed and doing work illegally) After one of my units stopped working correctly after a few months he has not helped me resolve the issue after blaming it on the manufacturers “obsolete unit”. He did not give me the manufacturers information until after 8 months of installation and avoiding numerous of my calls and texts. After over a year I am still without a resolution and now have two faulty units. Don’t let Carlos fool you like he fooled me, make sure you hire someone licensed!
I had the pleasure of having a Daizuki 12k BTU mini split installed by Carlos and his team 1 week ago. After the initial call with Carlos, someone from his team arrived to my house (on time - exactly when he said he would) to assess the room a day later. The next day I received a quote via email that was very competitive and less than I thought it would cost to install a new system. I was in a bit of a time constraint so Carlos agreed to squeeze me in a couple days later in the afternoon for the install even though it meant his guys would have to stay a little late. They again arrived on time and worked quickly and diligently. We had the system up and running in about 4 hours. There was a slight electrical hiccup that occurred (two light switches would no longer work in the room the system was installed in). Carlos immediately referred me to an electrician who came out and fixed the issue in less than half an hour, free of charge. The unit itself works great and keeps the room ice cold. I often work night shifts so this will also save money in the long run because I won’t have to run my central AC for the one room to be cooled during the day when I’m sleeping. It connects with both Alexa or Google Assistant to integrate with my smart home. I’d definitely recommend Mini Split Superstore and will be referring my friends/family to Carlos in the future.
Carlos and his team did an OUTSTANDING job. They were fast, efficient and a great price. Very professional, you can tell they knew what they were doing. If you need a mini split, these are the guys to talk to. Don't look anywhere else. :)

A rare find in Miami, these guys are the real deal! When it comes to Mini-Splits they are the go-to. Extremely professional, clean and to the point. Great pricing, communication and follow up. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve spent months trying to find a company to install mini splits in one of my buildings but either they were too expensive or They weren’t professional and pleasant to deal with. Mini split superstore has the best prices / products / service I’ve seen in a very long time and would Recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. I would leave 6 stars if I could !

I strongly recommend Mini Split Superstore and their technician Carlos. I texted him late in the evening of September 30th, letting him know that I was experiencing issues with my AC unit. He was quick to reply asking me how early was he able to contact me the following morning. I told him 9am and sure enough I received a call at 9am the following day. He walked me through by phone asking questions so he could decipher the issue. He later came to inspect what was wrong so that he knew exactly what to service. He was honest in letting me know that he had some other appointments to attend to, but to rest assure that my AC would be working by the evening. Carlos came back again later that evening to service my unit. Most techs would want to get home and end their day, but he made sure to accommodate my family and I first. He was personable, honest, thorough, and most important during this new world we live in, he followed all Covid guidelines. A big thank you to Carlos and Mini Split Superstore! Job well done!
