Great service! Installers were professional and personable - Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning even played with my dog. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again!! Great experience.
After simply contacting the hvac contractor this morning, they came out by this afternoon to repair the air conditioners. He's a pleasure to work with, courteous, and reasonably priced. For the second time in as many years, we've called on him. I'll make sure to maintain his phone number on file and pass it along whenever the situation demands it.
Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning has serviced my Trane heat pump on 2 separate occasions. I'm very happy with the service I received from their technicians. I would recommend Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning to all my friends and I will hire Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning again.
Don came over and did maintenance to our unit. He was quite thorough and friendly. I had a pleasant time chatting with him. 5 star customer service! Very prompt and communicated very well about the condition of our unit. Made recommendations without the pressure of committing.
Sean and Joash attentively explained everything they were doing and walked us through our new systems. Their workmanship and the pride they take in their work is very evident in the job they completed. We could not be more impressed with their service and professionalism.
Great timely response. Had the A/C ordered and installed within 2 days of contacting them! My sister and mother have also used replaced their system with this company. Truly the best! I’ve been using them for years and they are always top notch. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.
These guys communicated well all the way through the process. Notified 20 minutes out when they were to be there. Did an excellent job on tying all components together and cleaned up everything when done. I couldn’t tell they had been there. Definitely would use them again.

I needed a new, more efficient unit because my previous one was having problems, and Michael gave me a wonderful deal. Installation was successfully accomplished in a timely manner. Michael and his crew are hard-working and trustworthy individuals that I personally know. I heartily endorse them!
We had our HVAC system replaced. The two installers were awesome. They were polite, worked all day to finish the job, cleaned up everything and thoroughly explained everything. We are so happy and would recommend Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone!
You have so many nice men working for you, and I want to let you know how pleased I was. The leak I had was not an air conditioning problem but a plumbing one. [The technician] left no stone unturned in looking for the source and explaining the problem to me. Thanks again for sending him!
This is the second time I have used Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning. All staff was helpful and very informative. Salesperson is able to guide you to a suitable and economical option easily. The installers were polite and hardworking and made great efforts to ensure we understood the operation of our new system.
Dan and his team replaced our old heat pump and air handler. Arrived on time and went right to work. Took care to put down pads to protect carpet and hardwoods. Both were very courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after completing the install. Would definitely recommend Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone needing new system
We were having problems with our AC, and we had a contracted service with another HVAC company. They gave us the run-around and we were stuck without AC during the hottest month of the year. After a personal recommendation for Supernova Heating & Air Conditioning, they were able to make it out to our house the same day. It turned out that our furnace had broken down, and they had a tech come out the next day to replace it. Thanks!
