I really liked Buckhalter heating and air. They were called on a moments notice, but they were here in no time. Fixed my a/c with a smile and great energy from the techntion. I would highly recommend them for any future repairs that you might have. And I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.
My technician arrived approximately 7:00pm in rain and thunder and lightning. His day started at 7:00am on one of the hottest days of the year. He had a smile on his face and a positive attitude knowing he had two more stops after me. He worked under an umbrella and found the the problem quickly and resolved it. Chester is an excellent representative of the Buckhalter .Company. He is a real keeper and I am thankful he was sent my way.
My technician did great work! We were sweating with no AC. Our unit was completely shot and they came in and installed a new unit. New unit is 10x better and it lowered our electric bill. Couldn't be happier!

They were able to accommodate us for a service call and to fix our ac took a few days but glad it was done. Only thing I would recommend is their communication to improve, all the times they said someone will call and follow up to explain what they did or if they fixed the issue no one did you have to keep calling and asking them of the status of the job.
My air conditioner wasn't outputting air as much as it should and they fixed it just in time for the summer so I can survive with out getting heat stroke!

I was very pleased with the service. Rep was experienced and very thorough. I gave it 4 stars because I was not aware that he was going to replace anything until speaking with me. I asked for pricing to come out and diagnose the issue and we would go from there. By the time I got home he had already begin replacing things without going over the pricing with me. Overall, I was very pleased with the service rendered.
Buckhalter patiently waited while I did home repairs to get ready for their installation. I think they were fair with me and did a great job with the installation.
Top notch service, this is the way you hope everyone would conduct business. Chester was amazing, so professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and had our A/C up and running quickly.

Our technician Ray was very knowledgeable & professional; he performed a very thorough diagnostic assessment of our system & clearly explained the varying issues the system could have. We commend Buckhalter AC for having such conscientious employees, from their front office to their technicians!

Edited: Overall Buckhalter did do a good job. The indoor and outdoor units were installed in a timely manner. Upon inspection, there were a few mistakes, but were addressed speedily by Tyler (who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional). He was better equipped for the job than the guys who originally installed. Now, our only negative thing to watch out for is communication could be better. We had to call about the problems and get the inspection, but once they knew about the problems they quickly fixed them. ************************************************* Original review: Contact a different a/c professional, this is not worth the headache. I'm very regretful we chose Buckhalter. It's been about 3 months since Buckhalter installed an entire new HVAC at our house. Zero follow up was done by Buckhalter to ensure inspection is done by the county(so I'm left wondering if this was done up to code or even legally, & I'm probably going to have to file hundreds of complaints and that's a lot of work), zero documentation was provided to me from Buckhalter for my tax and house records. I've emailed, called multiple times and their response is less than helpful. So, the new HVAC works but I'm left with zero guarantee on how well or for how long, not to mention concern that I've wasted thousands on something that'll need redone here because it seems they are skirting county building codes and regulations. It'll be tax time in just over a month and I have nothing for that too. Save yourself the headache and contact one of the many other a/c professionals in the area.
5 stars. they came saw the problem, got it done in an hour and got a small discount for my dad being a vet. Will use again

I was told that I had to replace my air conditioner unit, inside & outside. Buckhalter technician Chester Mullins worked outside for a couple of hours & was able to fix it. Excellent service, thanks 😊
From the beginning, Buckhalter has been great to work with. Charles worked so hard to get us a unit that we would be happy with and that fit our budget. Then, Garrett and Mike did an incredible job installing our new A/C. Garrett and Mike were on time and worked hard and had our new system in fast. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was installed properly. I would recommend Buckhalter to anybody that needs a new A/C.
Ray was fantastic, he was on time and texted before the arrival. He was professional and took the time to actually teach us as first time home owners. I would recommend this company every time!
