Great service. Very professional and knowledgable
He gave me a 4 hour window and missed it. Then when he finally went to what he thought was my address (30 minutes late), it was an incorrect address across town. Even though he had the correct address in writing. Complete incompetence and wasted an entire half day.
We had multiple companies come out to take a look at our split unit. After months of no AC or heat, we were finally able to replace the unit with United HVAC. Mahmoud came out and really impressed us with his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend for all things HVAC.
We called United HVAC after another company cancelled on us last minute. They came out within an hour of our call, found the issue immediately, repaired the HVAC and installed a new thermostat, and all for a very reasonable price. United HVAC was was informative and helpful - and if it weren't for them, we would have been stuck without heat during a holiday weekend. We're very grateful for their speed and professionalism!
Our A/C units failed and United HVAC responded and repaired the first A/C unit. The home interior temperatures reached 90+ degree prior to United HVAC response and repair. The insurance company contacted United HVAC and provided the part needed to repair the second A/C unit. United HVAC was here this next morning with the new part repairing the second A/C unit. The technician was very professional, outgoing, and competent. A first class company that cares and values it customer. They are the only company I will call for any A/C issues. Unbeatable service!
Our AC unit died in the middle of a heat wave and I am 8+ months pregnant. It was awful! United HVAC set up an appointment and actually called to say they could come earlier, which was amazing. Mo was our technician - he was very polite, professional, and understanding. He did quick work given the age of our system and the fact we had just bought the house and didn't know much about the maintenance history. He even checked the temperature coming out of the vents, once fixed, to ensure I would be comfortable and healthy in the almost 100 degree heat. He was a life saver, really! He also gave some recommendations we plan to follow up on regarding updating the entire system. I'm so thankful for his work and suggestions! I would not hesitate to call United HVAC again for anything that comes up with our system.

United HVac was amazing. They are honest, hard working, and thorough. When our system went down we had another company servicing our hvac. We were given what we perceived to be a high quote. When we called United HVAC they sent someone immediately. Diagnosed our problem, clearly communicated what was wrong and then had a great price to solve our issue. They explained why we didn’t need what someone else was trying to sell us. Felt like they cared about us and not their wallet. The work was done quickly and correctly. Would highly recommend United Hvac.
Moe was extremley polite and proffessional. He explained everything clearly and was very courteous and expedient. He even gave us some great tips!

My heat wasn't working and the company immediately sent someone out to diagnose the issue. The technician determined the cause of the issue, filed the claim through my insurance, and followed up to make sure the request was processed in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to install my nest thermostat, which no other company was able to do successfully because of my complicated HVAC and heat pump systems.
I called United Hvac LLC for service for my AC and heating units. I had a great experience all the way through the process. My call was returned shortly after I put in a request. I was scheduled an appointment the very next morning. I received quality work. The technician was very pleasant and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others!
I found United HVAC through a friend. They are performing summer and winter scheduled maintenance for our house and a rental property. I found them honest, reasonable, and dependable. I told them about my intentions of replacing our old heat pump unit. They did not rush into replacing until months later Mahmoud called me and recommended replacing because he could give me a low-season price. It was about $1,800 less than the next lowest price Toft the same unit. He replaced the unit in half a day which works like a clock now.
Had an issue with my AC. Left a message for them on a Sunday and, Moe who is one of their technicians called me right back. He came over the same day, and was able to do a temporary fix, and he ordered the part and came the week after with his group to finish the job. They are very honest, polite, clean and provide reasonable prices and options. I would highly recommend them.
