Su’coy heating AC and Duct cleaning was amazing. The employees are very professional and punctual. They were able to locate the problem and fix it within 24 hours. I felt like our problem was their priority. We would definitely be using them in the future
I had a great experience with Sucoy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning! Margie contacted me from the company to set up appointment. She was so personable and friendly and had me laughing on the phone. Matthew, the technician that came to fix my heater, was friendly and efficient. He had the heater in my apartment working again in no time, and gave me some good information on how to trouble shoot in the future. I'm always grateful for good customer service, and this was definitely it. Thank you!!!
Brett did a fantastic job repairing my furnace and being flexible in working me into his schedule. We have heat now and could not be more grateful. He explained what needed to be done and continued to run diagnostics until he confirmed our old furnace was fixed. I plan to use them again for my Heat and AC needs. Could not recommend them more. They came the same day to help resolve an issue with a heat pump before we opened our doors to patrons at our bar. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the tech’s investigative skills in solving the problem. I have them in my saved contacts for future issues; would recommend you do the same!

We called Sucoy Heating to come out and check our AC--turns out the installers (previous owner project) did a terrible job and we had to replace the unit. They also checked out our furnace, which was poorly done as well (we live in a development, this was not a huge surprise.) They offered financing for the replacement of both, but also offered alternatives to replacing everything. We decided on replacing everything and replacing our water heater with a tankless system. The work was completed in three days (it would have been two but unforeseen events and a poor flue system by developers) extended the work. The gentlemen were all gracious, friendly, extremely hard working and very knowledgeable. The work was done beautifully and they were very tidy. I cannot recommend Sucoy Heating highly enough!
SuCoy HVAC services are very responsive and professionally efficient. I recently acquired their services for a simple furnace repair and discovered from the owner who personally came out to do the assessment and estimate explained everything to me in grave detail what the problem was and what was the most cost effective way to remedy the problem..the service was prompt n I am pleased with the outcome and the new HVAC UNIT.. I'd recommend SuCoy HVAC and Duct Cleaning to anyone. Five 🌟 service!!!

Our forced air heater stopped working. We called Airflow and they returned the call almost immediately. Sucoy diagnosed the problem over the phone. He found the part and they had it installed the very same day. They were in and out in half an hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and fees. If we unfortunately ever need repairs again we are definitely calling them.

Su’Coy team came to my home to do Duct Cleaning and install a HVAC system.The crew that came out to my home was very professional. They wore shoe covers on their boots and had on their face masks. I’m pleased to say that they treated my home with much respect. What I loved most was that they were thorough, and clean. I’m extremely happy with the service that they provided. They explained everything to me about the new unit before leaving. I just want to say, Thank you to the Su’Coy Team for your hard work and dedication. I called and scheduled an appointment for repair of our central air conditioning unit. These guys are on point! Sucoy showed up on time and knew exactly what the problem was and advised me on what I should do. He was very knowledgeable to say the least and a super nice guy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an excellent HVAC company! I see now why they are rated so highly on google and they deserve the great ratings.
Due to a power surge with my electricity and my fuse box, my transmission in my heater blew out. I was out of sorts and didn't know what to do or expect. Although I thought it was an electrician problem, it had to be addressed by a heating company who could feel my urgency. The other company knowing that I was without heat for a week, still scheduled me for another week out. I called Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning and they had no problem in booking me for the next day!!! They were pleasant on the phone and even more professional in person. Carlos C. was very professional and explained that the transmission was out and told me the price and also said that it could be a complex problem but it was the only way to trouble shoot it. Thank goodness it finally worked and no extra to be done. He also showed me how to replace my filter! I am totally greatful for Carlos to come ASAP. It totally showed that this company serviced the customer with the thought of a customer needs and NOT scheduling a customer due to a companies convenience. My children and I won't be freezing! I would call them again and Thank you google!
We called Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning when our system was only pushing out cold air. They were able to schedule an appointment 3 days out. Sucoy came out to our apartment, diagnosed the issue (within 15 minutes), quoted us, provided a replacement part, and installed it all within the 2 hour appointment. The cost seemed to be fair, given what I read and researched about other companies practices in the Bay Area. He also gave us some hints and tips on how our system works and to maintain it. Would highly recommend to give them a call and definitely going to be our go-to in case of any issues in the future. There's a reason they're so highly rated!

When Sucoy couldn't make his original arrival time he called to explain why and let me know a new time - no sitting around wondering if or when they would show. During the repairs he explained what he was checking and what he had to replace step by step - no getting the bill at the end and wondering what you paid for.
