I just called and told him I would call back . The guy on the phone just hung up on me as if he had an attitude because I want to check for other prices. I will not be calling back either. Very Rude !
Adonis came out and arrived exactly on time - he was very friendly, professional and efficient. He gave me some really helpful practical advice and took the time to answer all my questions - I would highly recommend Riley based on my experience today!
Adonis was amazing to work with — from system inspection and replacement estimate through installation. He was able to provide an estimate meaningfully below other two other companies I consulted and with no sacrifice on quality of product. He was easily accessible and communicative throughout the whole process and always open to and patient with my questions. In all it only took 5 days to have a new installed Bryant hvac system— from consultation to completion. Thank you to Adonis, AJ and the Riley Heat & Air team. 5 stars :)
Can't thank Adonis enough! Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Had an issue with my auxiliary/emergency heat and he was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix it as soon as the part came in.
Adonis is always on time and works to accommodate my budget. His work is excellent and he explains what needs to be done clearly and offers options.

This place was fantastic, to be honest. They took my ring at on a weekend evening, if I'm not mistaken, and I, distressed, asked the guy (I believe it was some Greek guy, but I forget his name) for urgent advice regarding my newly-bought portable AC. It was pretty obvious from the getgo that I couldn't use these guys' services, but the gentleman still began giving top-notch, insightful advice that broke me free from the impasse I found myself in with my AC. The guy, whom I assume speaks for the rest of the folks in the company, knows his stuff like nobody's business and is a selfless, devoted and hardworking dude. I can tell a lot about a guy when he gives excellent advice on a difficult question and I can tell even more when it comes free. I highly recommend Riley.
Adonis and his team from Riley Heat & Air are far and away the best in the area. I have called multiple companies, none of which could tell me the issue, let alone provide service to our unit. Adonis is honest, knowledgable, professional, and quick. Their team installed a brand new HVAC system for us in less than half a day, and at a very fair price. They have come back since then to provide systems checks and each time I have been really happy with the level of service and professionalism they bring to the job. I would HIGHLY recommend Adonis and Riley Heat & Air to anyone!
Adonis from Riley was on time, knowledgeable and thorough. In his many many years in the business, he seems to have seen almost every kind of HVAC issue, so can accurately diagnose and fix a problem.
Adonis and his team installed a new HVAC system in my condo. They provided a fair price, were on time, responsive, kind, and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or maintain their HVAC system. I will be calling them again in the future if I need any repairs or maintenance.
Adonis with Riley Heat & Air was incredibly responsive and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my home HVAC quickly and offered several courses of action for me to consider. His work was high quality and fairly priced.

Adonis is very responsive and open to questions and talked me through exactly what was going on with our HVAC, and gave me the pros/cons of all the options. He takes the time to make sure you see and understand what is going on, even though you are not an expert on HVAC systems. We did a full system replacement with his team, and they did a great job with the install. We would recommend him and his team. Other HVAC technicians we have dealt with are not nearly as thorough or willing to give you the cons about certain approachs (especially those that would make more money for the technician). Adonis was always very responsive, always on time.
Riley very expensive. After their service I called other companies in the area and realized that they had overcharged me several hundred dollars more.
What a nightmare! I hired them to fix a broken ac less than one hour ago. They gave me one year warranty. I I call and the said it was still covered. Some came over to take a look at and order parts. Again, he asked me to show credit card charge and I was expecting just service fee ( what I was told over the phone ). After equipment was installed they gave me a $1500 bill. I was like " what"?!! They took $500 off, but we had to ad gas end this and that. I felt ripped off!!!!! One one mentioned $1500 at anytime until service was done.

Adonis at Riley Heat & Air is a true professional and probably the most responsive technician I’ve ever encountered. He’s friendly, through, and knowledgable. Given how miserable life can be when the AC or heat aren’t work, a company like Riley Heat & Air with technicians like Adonis are comforting to have available.

Riley Heat and Air replaced my 20 year old heat pump on 6/14/2019. From the initial estimate to the installation I found them to be professional, and really knowledgeable. Adonis was great! He answered all of my questions and helped to ease some of the anxiety that comes along with having to replace a major system in your home. On installation day. They were on time, came in, got the job done, made sure that everything was cleaned up and then gave me an overview of my new heat pump. Once I got the overview, Adonis helped with the online registration of my system as well as the set up of my new smart thermostat. I highly recommend Riley Heat and Air and Will definitely be calling on them for any of my future heat and air needs.
Riley Heat & Air absolutely came through in the clutch. My condo HVAC unit was totally on the fritz on one of the hottest days of the year and they made it to my in peak season within an hour of my call. Typing this while bathing in AC and giving my blessings to Riley Air and my fantastic tech. Couldn't recommend more.
