The service was good and the technician understood my request.
Ontime, cost upfront disclosed after assessment post $75 service call. The price was a bit high but honest where the tech could have easily gone to the next level service charge but did everything a few times to free the obstruction from the toilet without having to remove the toilet to find the issue. I would use them again based on this experience.
Please accept my sincere appreciation for dispatching Omar Muriel to my residence. It was 90° in my condo and the first day move in for new tenants. He was outstanding in every way. He diagnosised the issue and promptly repaired, he did an excellent job, was pleasant to work with, and displayed professionalism at every turn. Additionally, he provided recommendations for how to maintain my unit and also setup annual service. Once again, Thank you!

This technician was WONDERFUL 👍. He did Everything my retired Brother-in-law said a tech should do. We have an older system but the tech was skilled in it as well as newer ones and wanted to help us keep it functioning as long as possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH.!! I am confident that when THIS tech says something is needed, it will be the TRUTH !! The other company tried to sell us a new unit and THEY WERE THE ONES WHO HAD NOT SERVICED IT since my brother-in-law retired years ago, even though we had a contract with them. Fortunately my brother-in-law checked it and found the burnt points etc which should have been serviced. Incredibly the unit started up once new parts were installed. But it could have broken the unit prematurely BECAUSE OF lack of proper servicing. THANK YOU MAGNOLIA FOR GOOD EMPLOYEES !!
This is the worst company I have ever used for HVAC repair. Prior to scheduling my appointment, I confirmed that there was no premium charge for a technician to come out on a Sunday. The first technician came out and worked on the wrong AC unit (worked on my neighbors unit instead of mine) and charged me $500. We let him know before leaving the house that the AC still wasn't working. He said that he was getting business cards from his van and would be right back. Instead, he just got in his van and drove away. After 20 minutes, I called him and he said that another tech would be on his way in about 30 mins... 4 hours later the new tech showed up and tried to tell me that I needed refrigerant in my unit and tried to charge me about $900 and stated that it was due to premium Sunday pricing... I kindly asked him to leave. Upon his departure, I noticed that my rather new paint job was extremely scratched up and I was now missing paint on my walls, because the tech dragged the ladder along my walls, even though I asked him serval times to take a different path. Once we stopped working with Magnolia, we called another HVAC company and the issue was actually neither of the issues that both Magnolia techs stated. All in all, I was going to be charged about $1500 for my neighbor's unit and refrigerant which wasn't even needed. I would take your business elsewhere with technicians that actually know what they're taking about, don't try to clean out your bank account, or damage your property.
We had a simple problem with spigot to our hose. Magnolia schedules service call promptly. Technician was prompt and professional. He explained options and costs clearly. Job well done and we are satisfied. Would recommend

Our experience with Magnolia was very good. Kirk was very professional and courteous throughout the project. The workers were on time and very considerate. The work was complete and very satisfactory. We are happy with the finished product.
Magnolia has been servicing my HVAC system for nearly 10 years. They also replaced my hot water heater in 2019. I subscribe to their Gold Plan, which includes an AC service in spring/summer and heating service in the fall. My system is 17 years old but by regularly changing the filters and Magnolia’s maintenance checks twice a year, it’s still working great. My system is in a tight space and Magnolia does a great job. I always request Tan Van Cao if possible. He’s very knowledgeable and professional.
I explained the repair needed but they want to charge a diagnostic fee before the repair fee.

If you found Magnolia look no further. They installed both a ductless mini-split and re-routed a current duct and they did a fantastic job. Very responsive to my questions before and after the fact. Staff at the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Sam was absolutely great to work with- explained everything in terms us lay folks would understand and was available long after the job was finished for any questions that came up. Almost to the point where I am looking for a reason for them to come back to do more work.
We needed a Spacepak expert to diagnose our somewhat unique HVAC system after or regular HVAC guys could ID the issue (which had to do with the electronics - circuit boards, transistors, etc - rather than the mechanical parts). Magnolia said they would send their most experienced tech, Tan, and he lived up to the title. He ID'ed the issue almost immediatly, fixed some of the mistakes from our last HVAC tech, and had our system running in less than an hour. The work was pricey, but frankly well worth it. Tan's skillset - understanding botht the electronics and mechincs - is rare. Lessor techs would probably have wanted to replace the whole system or doing some sort of shortcut/ductape job that will lead to a burned out system in 6 months. We will be using them again - especially for anything we just aren't too sure was done right by our contractors or something.
Mr Steven Smith came on time and fully prepared and knowledgeable of what he was to do. He did an outstanding job for which I telephoned Magnolia Company to verbally report his high standard and excellent work ethic. I Will be extending my contract for services because of him and the other HVAC technicians you have sent in the past. I cannot express how satisfied I am with this service. But as for your plumber who came June 1, Mr Anthony Alfaro, he was totally unprofessional. Without even looking at my garbage disposal he began quoting all price options. My sink was not blocked, there was no back up or anything clogging system. When I finally asked him to look at the garbage disposal, without removing his coat just using the key and resetting it… it worked. He charge d the rip-off rate of $75 for the dispatch fee and another $123.21 for the reset. I Will use Magnolia for all HVAC needs but NEVER AGAIN for plumbing service. Nor will I recommend to my condo association your plumbing service. Kudos for Steven Smith and thank you for sending him. Thumbs down for Anthony Alfaro… and ne et again for him or plumbing service.
Aaron B. was very thorough in his inspection of the AC systems. He took the extra time to explain and answer all of our questions. Magnolia staff are always excellent and helpful.
I have used another local company to service my HVAC for the past two years and there was still an issue with a leak inside of my home. The only thing I was told was that the HVAC system needed to be repaired. Granted, this is the original unit the home came with but given that it was still working, I was hoping to get a better assessment of what could be causing the leak. I contacted Magnolia to see if there was anything that could be done and they sent their amazing technician Oscar Lopez out for the job. Upon arriving, he was able to locate the cause of the leak, pointing out an issue that the other company never even looked for. He was extremely thorough, professional and did such a wonderful job that I will be switching to Magnolia and requesting him moving forward - even when I'm planning to replace the HVAC. I highly recommend Oscar Lopez and Magnolia!
