Since I met Surge, I haven’t use anyone else. He is professional, communication is excellent and very honest. I appreciate that he set expectations ahead of time and always focus on solution. I highly recommend him and his company!
Serge jumped on my problem, a 40-yr old furnace with a hard part to find. He sent photos of his work. He found the part and installed it in less than two days, saving me the cost of a new furnace. He kept me informed at all times and billed after the work was done, exactly as estimated. He was extremely responsive in my experience. I recommend him.
Great service and fantastic professionalism. Thorough and thoughtful. I recently purchased my first home and this gentleman has been irreplaceable. I learned so much about my systems and he did a great job. We get to be warm for the winter thanks to Serge.

I’m so glad I found this company. A lot of companies they come to the house to try to sell me a new unit even thou my unit isn’t that old. Srdjan knew right away what was the issue with my a/c and never told me that I need to replace my unit.
Very responsive came and serviced are A/C system the same day we called took photos to show us everything that was done would recommend this company to all family and friends
You might call me “Old School” but I am impressed with skilled craftsmanship and a commitment to ethical business. East Coast Mechanical personifies both qualities. As a retired teacher, I appreciate learning. I now know the difference between an AC and a Heat Pump, all thanks to a skilled craftsperson who wanted me to understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. Most impressive about this emerging company, besides the quality of work and reasonable costs, is the owner, Serj. He will bring to your home and business his personal drive for excellence with ethical standards. As a former teacher, I must say that East Coast Mechanical earns an A+ in my grade book.

Surge was very helpful and explained stuff has he went along. He fixed my AC unit quickly and wasn’t pushy about trying to upsell me stuff which I really appreciate, just explain the options… I would highly recommend him.

He ended up giving me really good advice that I know will save me money in the future and I really appreciated that.
