We had an issue with our Navien tankless water that our original contractor could not figure out for months. Navien recommended Charles and Sons. Frederick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that day with parts he already had in his van. They clearly are knowledgeable and experienced, and very professional. Highly recommend!
I had a water heater replacement right before Christmas. I called 3 HVAC companies. Mr. Charles' quote, advice and professionalism won my business. The great job he and his assistant did with the replacement and other follow-up work kept my business. I'll be calling him with any future plumbing and HVAC needs.
Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.
I had a VERY good experience with this company for a water heater replacement. Frederick was fantastic. Professional, polite, funny, and clearly good at his job. Price was good, service was great and fast. Strong recommendation.
This company installed a three unit mini-split AC unit for my upstairs bedroom. Our central HVAC couldn’t cool the upstairs to make sleeping comfortable in the hot months. Service and quality was exceptional. Highly recommend this contractor.
These guys really know their stuff! After struggling for months with hot water and heating problems which other technicians told me they didn't know how to fix or couldn't be fixed, Frederick solved both problems in no time at all. Can't recommend this business enough, and already planning on using them for other work!
Charles or Fred or Frederick whatever he wants to be called that day...Oh and his team came into my apt and messed my stuff up. He and his "team" are not professional at all!!! They did not clean up after themselves, broke my George Foreman grill (did not replace or apologize), and did not properly install my tub/shower. I do not recommend him to anybody at all. I would not hire him to build and/or even fix a doll house!! Hire at your OWN risk!!!! Oh and if you do be prepared to clean up after them!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL

Incredibly professional. Would recommend to any friend or family. Came and fixed our tankless water heater on the same day, and all for a very reasonable price. Prides themselves on being clean, timely, and informative. My wife and I plan to use them again in the future.
